Was a long wait in the drive thru. And after placing my order I was parked. Perhaps telling ppl there will be a wait for Said items while in the moment as they place an order gives a customer a sense that you all CARE about time both yours and the customer.

Decent. But it isn't 24 hours like Google says it it. I've tried coming here either really late at night and really early in the morning and both times this place is completely closed.

The fact that I was parked and asked to wait for my order when I only had 2 sweet teas and a small coffee is beyond my understanding. It's 1:17 pm and there is no one in the line behind me. I'll never understand why the sense in always having to wait 20 plus minutes for FAST FOOD. MvDonalds need to do corporate investigations on their urban locations in the Atlanta area.

The line outside and inside was wrapped around the corner yet they had a full staff of uncoordinated people standing in the kitchen talking to each other. One of the worst McDonald's in the city. Avoid at all costs.

I came Thur the drive thru expecting good service as I would get from other McDonald's but I was wrong this particular location has a crew of young employees that don't care I even ask for the manager even she had a attitude.i was surprised considering this was one of the HURTS LOCATIONS BAD SERVICE I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS WESLEY CHAPEL LOCATION.THEY WER SLOW AND UNPROFESSIONAL ...SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND OF $17.01MY TICKET #1360 2/18/24 10:19AM
