I ordered a pizza and they put ranch sauce on the pizza and I called and told the manager that I wanted red sauce and she said I have to pay for a new pizza. Shameful. I even offered to take the pizza back to the store.

The employee/manager female with the RED BANTU KNOTS that is around 6 ft tall - this will be 1 of 4 complaints because I know that google always goes unnoticed. I believe it is highly disrespectful for employees to work at an establishment and treat paying customers as if they are giving out free pizzas. Will never be a patron of this location ever again.

I ordered an extra large pepperoni with extra cheese. I get the pizza delivered and it’s just an extra large extra cheese pizza with no pepperoni on the pizza. I call to complain and to get the situation remedied, and the manager tells me that I never included pepperoni in my order, and that they haven’t had any complaints all day, AND that if I needed anything further I would have to pay for it. For my reaction being heated is an inadequate understatement. DO NOT GO TO and/or ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. They just have insanely deplorable customer service.

I have been a regular customer of this location for almost 2 years. Not only because I like the pizza but also because for the past 2 years they have been the only pizza chain that delivered to my area. In the two years they have shown repeatedly that they do not care about the quality of food, service, or customers they serve. In my latest order I ordered $60 worth of pizza. The pizza arrives to my house uncooked and barely no ingredients. I call and speak to a so called manager I advised that I would be bringing the pizza to the store and would like another one to be prepared while I was on my way. She said that I didn’t have to do that and she would send it back out. This was ok for me and I did not intend to take it any further. The pizza NEVER came. I wake up today and call back to speak with another “so called manager” and she clearly couldn’t care less about the issue and rushes me off the phone saying she would just remake it. I again offered to send pics and or bring the pizza to the store so they could get to the root of the problem. She says again that is not necessary and acts like I’m crazy for wanting to do that. So I’m like ok just send the pizza. Still not tripping and willing to just accept a remake even if a day later and even though I went hungry last night because I couldn’t get a refund. Well what do you know. Guess what??? AGAIN today…. NO pizza. Now 3 hours later and nothing so YES I am now pissed and filing a formal complaint. I now want my money back and they are lucky I don’t come throw the pizza in their face. Newsflash you have a freaking job because of the customers. PERIOD! I order 2-3 times per month and spend over $50-100 on each order. I definitely don’t deserve to keep being treated this way so I will gladly take my business to Pizza Hut or Dominoes who I just found out now deliver to my area. They really need to do something about them incompetent, careless, disrespectful employees. This isn’t the first time but it will be the last time I am treated this way.

Never ever go to this papa johns:They don't fix your food correctly.They lie about replacing your incorrect food.The management staff don't make customer a priority nor do they correct employees.Never ever believe them when they say" we will give you store credit". Lies Lies Lies

The customer service was nice. Delivery was ridiculous so I went to the place and just picked up my pizza, which made a big difference than having it delivered.

Andres took good care of me! My order kept getting misinterpreted and made different but he kept a good attitude until I was a satisfied customer and I appreciated that cause I was so hungry!Once I got it I started eating at the counter! So good! Thanks everyone working hard tonight!

This has been the worst experience ever. The customer service was horrible, the place was filthy and unsanitary. I just don’t understand why anyone would be permitted to work preparing food with long uncovered hair, long colored nails without gloves, and handling their phone. I placed my order online and this is what I picked up. I asked for a refund and was told I could only get a store credit.

Called in an order and they told me 15 mins. I came 20 mins later .. the lobby was closed and waited 5 mins for someone to come outside to ask me my name and ask to take my card inside to pay .. that's a little sketch because why i can't come into the lobby and pay .. had a line outside in the cold while they're laughing and playing in the inside with the lobby closed .. worse experience! Everyone need to be retrained

If I could give zero I would ? customer service is poor Young Lady, literally threw pizza at guy not paying attention. Orders are stacked up and she’s too busy making boxes to actually wait on people and manager is not even helping.. Oh yeah btw the food wasn't even done.

Whatever night team worked November 17th they cared about my food. It was freshed and delicious. I ordered through doordash and they made my food with love. That whole team need a raise!! I need names so I can make sure to order when they are there ?

This has happened more than once; the tracker shows the order is ready but you still have to wait upon arrival.Ordered online with estimated pickup time 3:14 - 3:24. Tracker showed it was ready before 3:20. I arrive at 3:30 only to be told to wait 7 more minutes. I asked 'why does it say it's ready?'. Response I was given, "I'm knocking them off, they're just not ready yet". I return 15 minutes later to see 2 more employees and was told, "it should be coming out the oven now". Did not walk out with food in hand until 3:50 and they forgot my dipping sauce.If my food is going to take 50 minutes total just track it accordingly, why make customers come wait in person??

Botched my door dash order. I Went in for pickup. They said it wasn’t ready even thought door dash app said it was ready. They let me wait about 30 mins before telling me that they had not even started cooking the pizza. Young man who looked all of 16 years old introduced himself as the manager but could not give a good explanation as to why I had no pizza after ordering an hour and a half earlier. Customer service is important to me and they don’t have a clue.
