Ordered online for $28 and they charged me $45. Apparently they don't honor the online price and deals which is TYPICAL for pizza places. I waited an hour past my designated carry out time. Smelled like weed, in a bad part of town. They will prioritize door dash people over you despite you ordering 4 hours earlier and came in first.Avoid at all costs.

I drove by this location on my way to making a quick stop at the grocery store and noticed no cars were in the parking lot so I decided to place an online order. The wait time stated 45 mins online . I thought that was odd since there were no cars in the parking lot so I decided to stop in since I was literally a minute away. When I came inside and asked the wait time the woman who I assume was the manager said it was 15 mins. I advised her I just placed an online order and it stated 45 mins. She said we were busy a minute ago. I then told her I want to change my order to a personal pan instead. She walked to the back and had another young lady come to place my order and advise me the 3 topping personal pan pizza would be 10 dollars and change since I wanted to change my order while the so called manager was laughing in the back. I just walked out. I been going to Pizza Hut since I was a kid and never had this experience before.

Love this spot. Ordered here for my grandsons 2nd birthday party and the manager was awesome. I don't know his name but he was slightly older gentleman with a great vibe. He called me to update me on the food and made sure I had the replacement for my wings that my family would enjoy (had 2 big pizza boxes). The food was fresh and everyone loved it as always. Thanks to the whole crew at this location and special thanks to the manager who called me and who served me at the pickup window! I will be returning to this location.

As I look through the other comments, it seems to be a recurring theme for this location: expect poor quality food, poor quality customer service, and no intention to address either issue. I ordered from DoorDash and not only was the food below the quality standard for basic products from Pizza Hut, but they also stole $5 from me since they did not give me the drink that I ordered. When I called to raise my concern, they hung up on my face! I will NEVER patronize this location again…I would have gotten better quality product and service if I had bought a frozen pizza at the grocery store.
