So much attitude given when I asked if I could purchase more granola for my fruit bowl. I won’t be back, she gave attitude even she asked our order all the way until I paid I was given attitude by this lady she was light skinned with freckles an older women with a horrible attitude.

Tedera assisted me 03/08. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. My sister is a regular here and purchased me a random smoothie but couldn't remember the name of it. I told Tedera what it tastes like and she made 2 recommendations and was very patient with me. Needless to say the pineapple surf that she recommended was very close in taste of what I was looking for. Thanks

The customer service was terrible, I had to wait while the manager was horse playing with an employee for 10 minutes to make a medium hulk, then when I asked about my order she asked me what I ordered so I gave her the receipt, she continued to ask what I ordered so I said a medium hulk strawberry, it’s on the receipt, she then walked off in a pink medical scrubs out fit and told someone to make his hulk after I was already waiting from 5:11pm to 5:23 pm for a hulk drink that never before took this long the Decatur location needed training on customer service and reading the receipts, I’m highly disappointed in the careless behavior that came from the staff here

I do not patronize this location everyday but I have patronized the business enough to know that the customer service could be better.I feel like the staff is very nonchalant and act like your bothering them. If you do not like working with people. Then why are you working in a industry that deals with customers service? Make it make sense for me??The smoothies could ne blended better as well.
