Ordered The Southern Breakfast from what is listed as Breakfast House via Uber Eats and Sublimes Restaurant and Catering on at the venue. Order went through. Upon arrival, a man who I believe was the owner came from the back and told me that there was no grits so he canceled my order on his end. I am all for supporting small businesses but when the business shows that they are money hungry and refuses to honor a service that their business sign up for I am done supporting you. So today, I ordered food thru door dash which totaled $10 and some change.The company offers you a coupon for 50%off if you pick your order up. So I applied the coupon and the total came out to be $5.40. Not even 5 mins later I get a notification my order is cancelled so I called and asked why?...read full review

Once again, it's sad to say that I will no longer patronize this restaurant. It's black-owned. Good food but terrible customer service. Very Nonchalant and borderline rude. I've sent several people there because if the food and they've said the same thing. The guy cashier is just Nonchalant and act as if he doesn't know anything when presented with a question about their menu. Doesn't offer any suggestions or anything. Idk!
