The Subway in our black neighborhoods need to either get more support or close down. Second week of doors closed when suppose to be open but how can they be open when they have a shortage of food that’s been going on for more than two week. This location was just renovated but y’all can’t keep supplies or stock of food. Last week I placed my order online and paid; but it wasn’t made until I got there not only that they didn’t have the meats to make the sandwich I ordered.

Wish I COULE GIVE THIS LOCATION 0 STARS BC THEY DEFINITELY DONT EVEN DESERVE HALF. THEY NEVER HAVE ANY MEATS EVEN BREAD SMH THIS SUPPOSE TO BE A SANDWICH SHOP. SECONDLY TGEY HIRE THE LAZIEST TEENS TO WORK AND THEY CLOSE THE STORE WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT. It was clean and well lit. The agent was nice. The service was quick. My son was able to get exactly what he likes.I did notice that some of the toppings were in each other's boxes. That is big for me cause I don't like onions, so to see them touching other items I might pick is a no go.Otherwise, everything was straight. Looked clean and well kept on the inside. There was no line so we got immediate service.Kid-friendliness: They can make it how they want it. Nothing to pick off.

The sign says it opens at 9am but when I came at 10:30am the doors were locked and the people inside said to give them 10 minutes. Then other people started showing up and were told the same thing. The employees inside are just slow walking around while customers sit outside and wait. Whoever owns this location needs to change their hours on the sign and website or hire more dependable and customer service oriented employees. The two women working today are not it. Do better.

The service is horrible and the employees are so clueless especially the pregnant 1. She was making my sub while on speaker phone with her friends. Highly unprofessional as well as she didn't know what ingredients goes on the sub. The food is always really good at this subway but man the service sucks.

Horrible service...the young lady at the counter had NO IDEA what she was doing. It was very clear. She made the sandwiches horribly and we had to literally coach her on her own job while the more experienced person just let it happen.... our sandwhiches were painfully simple too...please train people properly and competently instead of making them your customers problem. Will not return.

The card machine is broken so they wanted my full card info including security code. No way to know for sure if they are stealing card info. They wouldn't take a $50 bill instead. The food wasn't fresh (tomatoes green and spinach wilted). The drink machine is broken and so is the ice machine. Eating here was a mistake I won't repeat.
