Very rude and nasty attitudes by the two ladies working that day. I went to Jimmy John's because I didn't want them to fix my food. Will not go here when I am there on Cocoa Beach again.

DON’T EAT HERE!! I placed an order online for two sandwiches, one was a spicy Italian and the second one was a tuna sandwich. I placed the order online so I took one bite of the sandwich I realized it was awful. The tuna taste old and it appeared to look like was just thrown together I put detailed instructions on how I would the like but it had not been followed and at this time the store was closed. So I came back the next day in hopes that they would just remake the sandwich the correct way but I was met with a confrontational older woman that was very rude and wasn’t interested in understanding my concerns with the order. She informed me that I would have to speak to the owner and refuse to give his name or the number to customer service. I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from this location. I frequent this location often but after my experience today I don’t know if I’ll return. Plus I witness on two separate occasions employees returning from the back of the location without washing their hands or changing out the their gloves.I had to request them to wash and change their gloves a couple of times prior to making my order.

Hours say open until 9pm and we arrived at 8:10pm to watch the employee close shop and locking the door. Kinda frustrating.

I went there on May 21 2023 and the person who served was was slow she seem like she didn't know nothing and then I got the 1 foot and I got pep on one n the other is different stuff I told her to. Put mayo on the other side with out the pep she but she put it on the side with the pep she need to have a talk or fired

Hours clearly state 8 AM everywhere that they open. This however is not the case it is 10 minutes till 9 and they are still not open. Please just update your hours. If you don't open at 8 don't say that you open at 8.

Subway isn't my favorite fast food chain, but this location consistently has the nicest people working there. I've heard them recognize customers by name and they are always fast and correct with my order. I choose to go to this particular location if I'm eating Subway.
Don't waste your time going to this location if you have any sort of coupon. The coupon I was using had very clear exclusions for specific subs listed at the bottom. The sub I ordered was not on the list of exclusions. However, the cashier refused to try ringing up my exact order and refused to scan the coupon. She kept restating that the coupon won't work for my order without giving it a try. I felt obligated to pay the extra cost. Immediately after, I downloaded the app, re-ordered the same exact thing and the coupon was successfully applied to my order for pickup at that same exact store location. I showed the cashier and she became extremely upset and started yelling at me. I asked her to please try and ring up my order again and try scanning the coupon, but she refused. This is because she knew she was wrong and did not want to be caught in the act of knowingly overcharging customers. I was then asked to never to return to their store. What terrible customer service. Don't worry, I won't be returning to any Subway restaurant ever again after this experience.

This is my favorite Subway location. My online orders are always ready ahead of time and the service is impeccable. I would like to single out Kiddist especially!! She is the sweetest woman I have ever met next to my mother. She always asks about my work and my family even when it's busy in the store.
