All of the vegetables were old, soggy and honestly looked unsafe. The cookie was hard and I was not impressed with the service either. I will not be coming back here.

They don’t take any coupons here, even when the coupons are valid in Georgia. Also, very poor customer service. Will not be back.

Employees and owners at this location act like they have a sudden language barrier whenever customers mention redeeming Subway MyWay Rewards, but everything's cool when it's time to take customers' money. Also, they're real skimp when customers ask for extra amounts of free toppings.Factually, Publix subs have always been so much better in quality and taste. Plus, Publix honors any legitimate special promotions, discounts, etc. The Publix Deli down the street at 2720 E Ponce de Leon Avenue has great customer service, along with any other Publix Delis I visit. Yesterday, I would've preferred going to Publix, but a family member wanted Subway. I'm over Subway altogether, hadn't even been to one in so long since today and will delete my Subway MyWay Rewards account because rewards are rarely honored. If I'm not making my own subs at home, I'm only buying them from Publix, no exceptions. Do not pay with card here, they add tip without authorization. Bag of chips were soggy and wet inside.

I am giving this location 5 stars within the context of "quick sandwich shop". Subway, in general, is not going change your life with the quality of their sandwiches but this location is very quick, clean, and efficient for a shop in this class. I've gone to this location many times without issue.

Amazing. First there is no effort to communicate with the customer. This seams family owned, and they are much more interested in arguing among themselves, and they will just make whatever features for your sandwich they decide.Decides on their own to double meat. Decide on her own to cover with lettuce. When corrected and requested it to be removed, my chef loudly yelled "oh my god!"Second, they tried to sneak a handful of shredded mozerella from a Kroger bag in place of fresh mozzarella slices after telling me it has an increased price.The two employees making sandwiches wore gloves, only one wore a mask. Other employees behind them handled food without gloves though, topping off the vegetables rather than rotating out the containers also!! This was the last straw.Incredible. Terribly incompetent at best, fraudulent at worst.Spend 3 mins and drive up North Decatur to visit one that isn't a family trying to scam you, or too busy watching videos in the back.

My order came with a drink. I went to the ice machine to get ice and noticed something black in my cup. I rinsed it out and refilled it three times with ice. Each time it had black mold coming out of the ice machine. I finally told an employee and asked for a bottled drink. Once I got to eat my sandwich it seemed like my bread was undercooked. I took everything off and the bread inside was raw. I will not return to Subway after this experience.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. We came in we were served immediately the workers were very kind and responsive. The food looked very fresh and our food was delicious. And this review is coming from a very cranky pregnant woman lol great location

Not clean at all. Serve tried to use used knife on my veggie sub. Also while fixing my food and grabbing vegetables server paused, touched the oven, utensils, and went to the back....then came out with the same gloves on to continue grabbing veggies. No thank you.

Visited Sep 22, 2021 around 11am. Found slime in my fountain drink after I drank most of it (checked, and it was NOT backwash-- it was pink and jello-like). Seemed to be attached to the ice and likely came from the ice dispenser.In most cases, slime or a little mold in the fountain is not life-threatening or very dangerous, but for some populations it can be.I didn't discover the slime until I was home with my beverage, and their answering machine is full. Didn't get a chance to talk with store directly about this, so I'm posting this review in hopes that the owners will see it and clean the fountain AND the ice maker soon.Otherwise, our visit was good-- kind staff, quick service. But it's impossible to ignore something so gross.
