Strongly suggest training new people better in making sure the orders are correct. I already had to wait a long time for my drink yet it came out cold when I clearly ordered hot. And to be clear, I have been here a million times and always order the same drink. You will lose business if continues to be like this.

Switching to ICENY Ice Cream….We used to love coming to both Tea Leaf and Creamery locations but lately we noticed that the drinks have been “watered” or “milked” down. It’s not that flavorful and thick drink we used to get before. Now it tastes mostly of milk. The “crème Brûlée” is not the same (not creamy anymore) in the drink and the Mango Pomelo Sago has lost most of its flavor, again “watered/milked” down. Pretty upset about that. I hope they regain back their quality. Maybe they cut costs here and there or experimenting but that is not it. It is not as good as it used to be. I don’t want to give it too much of a harsh rating, because I hope they bring back up the quality. It was my all time favorite place. For now ICENY Ice Cream will be the place to go for us. Absolutely creamy and flavorful. An Amazing gem.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!!! I went there today to get a bubble tea and after I ordered I noticed a HUGE roach on the counter so I asked for a refund and the manager pointed to the sign and told me that there is no refunds or exchanges. Please for your safety don’t eat here it’s very unsanitary.
