This establishment was very racist. They discriminated against the African Americans in the establishment and we asked for some r and b or hip hop music to be be played and they played nothing but rock and roll music. We couldn’t even request a song and the worker told us the girl wanted to play what she wanted to hear.But we are the paying customers and Kudh the security officer was no help.

Not so good of experience management sucks. Food runners have no customer service. Honestly a horrible experience. It was better a couple years back. Need new management
Fun place for sure! The people were very nice and correctly guessed our shoe size! The lanes were great. The bowling balls were dented, but I'm not a great bowler anyway, so it didn't really affect me!Food was served hot and brought out quickly. It was a great atmosphere and I'm excited to come again!

Unfortunately, upon arriving 8 minutes late for a reserve slot on 3/30/24. The Asian female employee at the check in desk stated that she had just called me and was about to cancel my reservation. Really , I was 5 minutes late . She was literally profiling! Saying that I had already paid, I was a little baffled by her comment. She had such a rude attitude. Also, she assigned us to a lane that was being occupied and the seating area was filthy and occupied as well. I requested a different lane and was assigned lane 3. I asked for 13 or 12, but she stated that they were reserved. Which really baffled me because I wonder had she contacted them as well regarding cancelling. We stayed for 2.5 hours and during that time lane 12 & 13 remained open. To sum it up I will never use this facility again to reserve lanes for birthdays. Her first impression was lasting. Zero stars for customer service!.???

They've got a lot of lanes, like 30 or 40, they do league nights, which can make it take a little while to get a lane if you're just walking in. Otherwise, on a regular day, it's a pretty decent and well-kept bowling alley. They've got a pair of pool tables and some arcade games. Bar has enough variety not to bum you out. They'll do a liquor slushy if you want, too.

My family I went to this establishment on 2/9 in celebration of my birthday. Although all staff was nice, I initially received incorrect information with regard to reservations for my group of about 30 people. Long story short, Matt, the night manager was able to find a viable solution that allowed my entire group to enjoy our time. Matt took time to understand my position, took ownership for the mishap, and worked diligently to find a solution. Thank you again Matt! My family and I truly enjoyed celebrating my birthday at Comet bowling.
