Great Irish food, great Irish atmosphere, Irish music, all of it. This place is authentic for that Irish experience. The St. Patrick's day celebrations are fantastic.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, which elevates this place for me. Families are welcome here.

Was hoping to grab a sheperd's pie for my parents in Lawrenceville. Called to place a pick-up order, and the manager just said "Nope"

I ordered the shepherd's pie. Absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back when I'm in the mood for a warm hearty meal. Thank you to my waitress, Sarah.

Showed up at 10:20 this Friday night for a quiet drink with friends and they were closed without any notice. Nothing posted on any of their social media outlets or on their website to indicate that they wouldn’t be open. Highly disappointed.Edited to answer owner's question: when we arrived, the parking lot was empty and it was completely dark. We didn't try the door but based on the empty parking lot and lack of lights we did make the assumption you were closed. My bad if that wasn't the case.

This warm Brussel sprouts salad was SO good! Applause to the server Mike was putting in the work to accommodate our group of 13 and the other patrons who were dining. If you're looking for a nice restaurant for lunch or brunch, check out the Marley House Irish Pub.

The Marlay House is my absolute favorite pub. Great, authentic Irish pub atmosphere. The staff are top notch and the food is excellent - I've tried most everything on the menu. Excellent beer selection and good vibe.

I've stopped in here a couple of times now, and every time the food has been fantastic. My friends have tried most of the food items on the menu and nothing has been found lacking. I normally (oddly) go there for the hand made chicken fingers, which without exaggeration are the best I've had since I lived in Nashville. I stopped by last on a weekday evening and there was a small group of musicians in the corner playing Irish and folk music. Great for the sound and feel of the place. Even on a Saturday midday, the service is fast, and everyone is friendly. Highly recommend.

I've known about the Marlay House for years and eaten there from time to time. This meal was brunch. My companion ordered a full-on Irish breakfast and said he was pleased with each item on his plate. During the time we were in Ireland and Northern Ireland as artists in residence for a peace and reconciliation project, he ate many, many Irish breakfasts in restaurants and people's homes. So the territory is more than familiar to him. I had a straightforward American breakfast with eggs, bacon, and potatoes. If we'd been in Ireland, it wouldn't have been unusual to get three kinds of potatoes on one plate with the rest of your breakfast. I ordered Irish brown bread and was disappointed. It was dried out and there was no jelly or jam available beyond grape, which I grew up with as many of us did and have not retained any affection for the stuff even though the place of my birth is the area where the concord grape is chiefly grown in the USA. And I suppose I'm spoiled because my Irish grandmother always served the most delicious preserves and jams with our bread. We were there during a brutal cold snap. So the restaurant was drafty and cold, which was unusual.

The servers were great and the service was good considering the size of our part. The burgers, salad and shepherd's pie that we had at our table were all good. However the salmon BLT really should have been thrown back. The salmon was overcooked dry and tasteless. If you're going to serve a salmon BLT you really need to do more than just slap a slab of overcooked salmon on a BLT sandwich.
