I ordered online and it was ready when I arrived. Friendly enough. Ordered the stick ribs, they were over cooked and tough. Think inedible! The only good part was the firecracker cauliflower. Lesson learned; don't order meat excepting it to be edible.

Me and my girlfriend ordered 2 bobas and the customer service wasn't all that great especially when they laughed at the name I gave them for the order. We were disappointed that we got our drinks after 30 mins.

I do not recommend you eat anything from this restaurant. I threw my food in the trash. The customer service was pleasant. The cashier lied about the quality of the food. The wings are not chicken wings I ever ate before because they had entirely too much fleshy fat on them. I started spitting out the chicken as soon as I started biting into it. Mind you I asked for extra crispy and the outside of the chicken was crispy but biting into was fleshy fat. So that was thrown away and not ate. The ramen I ordered was thick and the salmon was dry. They put a rotten looking egg in the ramen because it looked brownish- gray. I threw the egg out and poured the broth into it and attempted to eat it but I couldn’t. The chewiness and dry texture of the salmon with big chunks of raw scallions had my stomach upset. I threw the whole meal right in the trash dumpster with a loud thump. I didn’t like to waste money or food. I will never eat hear again!

This restaurant provides little in the way of honest, generosity. We ordered the curry and sesame entrees at Uber Eats. They might blame their lack of honesty on the Uber App, but really, it’s the restaurants responsibility to make certain customers at Uber Eats understand what they are getting. My order had eight shrimp and rice for $16. I thought it would include vegetables. But no. The portion was small and it was not worth the time, money and drive I made there to pick up the order.

I stopped in today for lunch and ordered: - crispy chicken potstickers - firecracker cauliflower - general tso fried chicken with white rice - beef pad Thai - Thai basil fried rice with grilled chicken - 3 drinks Out of these items, the potstickers were the only edible part of our meal, however they were luke warm when we received them. The white rice in the general tso meal should have been fresh yet it tasted like 2 day old rice at minimum. It was crunchy and stale tasting. Additionally the general tso was so spicy you could not taste it, even though we requested the lowest heat level. The pad Thai tasted like ketchup and the beef tasted off, and was in giant chunks that had a weird, chewy texture. The rice used in the Thai basil meal was also stale and crunchy. I'm disappointed given I spent $73.44 + 13.60 (tip) and was unable to enjoy any part of this meal.

If you like your money stolen, please go to this restaurant. I ordered 2 entrees that I would pick up on Saturday night. I arrive and wait. A stapled bag is handed to me. I ask if both orders are in there. "yes" was the reply. I get home to eat my dinner. Only 1 order in the bag. I immediately call the restaurant to address the issue. Wont answer the phone. Mail box is not operational. I called for 30 mins. No answer. I filled out their contact form, same night. I got an automated reply on Monday (2 days later) saying their response window 2 days. I replied to that email, twice. It's now Friday (6 days later), and they haven't heard a thing. They've had my contact info the whole time.In summary if you like to lose your money go to this restaurant full of crooks.Edit: It's been almost a year. I still don't have my money back.

Terrible customer service. I have come here a few times (the newest location) and the staff just isn't friendly or inviting. I was standing at the counter to order for some time. Not once did the young lady signal and say she'd be with me, or anything at all. She made eye contact but didn't say a word, no hand gesture, no smile...nothing. She returned still didn't say a word. Another gentleman came up and said to me, "what are you getting?" I'm not looking for chick fil a customer service, but damn can you all step your game up?? Another time I visited, a different young lady was at the register. I walked up and greeted her first. She just stared at me, no response. I was a little shocked. I ordered and paid her no mind. It was rude. The food is decent takeout.
