Probably the worst smoothie I've ever purchased. It tasted like nothing but ice. May as well go to a smoothie king. We also bought a flat bread sandwich and the sandwich was mostly sauce. Service wasn't great, but if the food was good, I probably would have come back.

Went to this location to use my T-Mobile promotion for a free 24oz smoothie. The app was not working and the associates there wasn't very helpful. There were more than 5 guests who walked in and couldn't use their apps as well. Instead of trying to accommodate the guests, they just waved us off. I asked to speak with the manger, but she was not available. When I asked for the manger's name and email address to follow-up with her, none of the associates knew her last name (Only that her first name is Ashley) nor the email address? I find this unusual that the manager doesn't have a business card to give out in instances like this. I would like to speak with their manger of this location to express my concerns.

I’ve always loved this location but today was not one of those days. I got 4 açaí bowls and I SUBd mango instead of banana for all 4. When I ordered , 1 employee yelled out “FOUR???” Like it was a problem. And all 4 still had bananas when the receipt on the bags even said SUB MANGO. When I went back to only get 1 corrected (cause I wouldn’t make them redo all 4) they looked at me so crazy and even went to the back to talk about it. Not sure if this is a new staff but I’ve never had this experience for absolutely NO reason when I was very friendly.

I've been to this location before for mobile pickups and those experiences, from what I can remember were okay. My recent visit, while short, wasn't great. Basically, I stood at the register waiting to order for a little longer than I would have liked WITHOUT being greeted. So I left. I would've waited had someone said something like "we'll be with you in just a second", but the three girls behind the counter hardly looked my way.

I got a smoothy from here, it was the worse smoothy ever I had. Just one hour after drinking this smoothy I had to go to the hospital. I think their fruits were very old. My sister and my stomach were in very bad condition. Oh my gad if someone read this review please put a little attention to people’s health as well besides your business

Joseph at the front counter I hope I got his name right, he is always great help I have been here several times and he always has a great attitude even under pressure with all of us customers ordering and receiving orders I come here on my lunch breaks and the atmosphere is awesome thank you guys for having great customer service in these trying times of an economy

Second time the customer service was terrible. This time I came in to redeem a free smoothie with the purchase of food. The lady said it had to be redeem at the same time, I said okay I was having issues online using the code, can you refund me my order and ring it up again with the coupon. She said the manager not available to do refunds.smh

This was a very bad experience. It took 25 minutes out of my 30 minute break. The cook was dancing around complaining about working and the cashier was nonchalant and rude. There were several people waiting. They didn't know who ordered what and they were hollering at each other. I work across the street and I will definitely let my coworkers know how messy this store is.

Went in to pick up a mobile order, it had a long strand of hair that came out of the lid. Asked for another, both young girls didn’t even speak just attitudes and placed the remake on the counter. While watching my remake, I observed the other girl touching all over the food area with the same gloves I watched her clean the floor & trash……I don’t think I’ll order from here again.
