I love this Waffle House. It's very clean inside, and the food is delicious and comes out fast. And the service is amazing!!! I really can't say enough good things about the employees here. Everyone is very friendly from the moment you walk in, and extremely attentive without being overbearing.

DANA, my waitress at this Waffle House is a step above the rest! I went in after court to use the restroom and get a glass of water while my bf was waiting outside for me. He gave me $5 to get a drink but after walking in to that delicious smell of waffles, i couldn't resist and got myself a blueberry waffle. Well, needless to say, i didn't have enough money. Without even a second thought, Dana said she'd cover the rest. I felt bad not being able to tip her but if i ever get back over there, I'll be better prepared. Regardless, that chick deserves a huge tip. So if anyone who's reading this happens to be visiting this location, hook this Dana chick up! Oh, and the waffle was off the chain too!

This quaint Decatur W H is largest indoor W. H. I have seen.Food was excellent and on point. Waitress was a bit slow with additional necessary items . She meant no harm.My companion and I both ate All Star special ✨️. Bill = $30 even and I left good tip.I'll be back and tip of the waffle ?

I never seen the worst customer service in like this place I wish I record it all my husband want was coffee they say they cannot bring the coffee before our order then back and Forth the mangers she call her self manager worst than the other workers and also I don't have her name she is tall and bigger lady start cursing and the guy who is cooking the food he strat cursing and trying to fight with my husband and I ask the lady what kind of customer service she never give me a chance and we get up to leave because I can't eat any food in there what IF they do something to our food it's crazy we left there and went to the other waffle house we got our coffee and the mangers know the people he know them but this one right here I never seen like this mangers who installed customer service

We saw this right outside the court house so decided to try it. Taste and service was just what was expected for a Waffle House. Interesting about this location was how large the store is. It wasn't full of tables but just lots of extra room available. Food came out quick so it worked great for a quick lunch.
