Was charged nearly 8 dollars for a 5 dollar deal. I never received a receipt. The iced tea is basically soap? Undrinkable. I was told to wait and then given soggy cold fries and burger. The chicken nuggets were the best part and that really says something. My bag of food smelled like cigarettes. No surprise as the employees were smoking right at the entrance. I dont expect gourmet from fast food, but yikes.

Who is keeping this location open the customer service is horrible and drive thru is even more crazy and for some reason they can’t hear anything you say 20 minutes in all for ordering food paying for food and receiving order it’s ridiculous I was the only car in the drive-through at the time even the food was horrible and cold close this place or do a sweep

I did a DoorDash pick up order before I went to work on 12/24 and put it in a hr before I got went to work made it to the Wendy’s the lil chick behind the counter told me they didn’t have my order with a attitude customer service is a must if she would of took the time and acknowledged the order or me she would of seen my order sitting right there but keep telling me they didn’t have my order until I sat there and read my whole order to her didn’t apologize or nothing but wanted to keep going back in forward with me it’s all a simple thing or reading the ticket I hope she learns how to read before I come back

Went through the drive through the guy was very rude didn’t give me time to look over menu before he started making smart remarks get to the window to find out he is the manager awful I haven’t had Wendy’s in forever but I see I’m not the only person receive poor customer

Says the lobby is closed but yet looks like they are running a daycare we had dump trucks not able to fit through a drive and when told that’s our situation, we very rudely get well we are closed inside!
