They only do takeout and their sushi is not good quality at all!! Asked for a spicy tuna and got a regular tuna. Dragon roll was also dry not good! Would not recommend. It came with 2 pieces of ginger for 2 orders of sushi!! Overall would save my money and get a better takeout.

TYami Sushi prepared soured bad (?spoiled) sushi. Called them and they stated they were willing to refund and could see my order said it but had to go through Uber Eats. Uber Eats refused to refund bad suishi and cheated me on a 15$ off promo discount. They kept saying order not eligible for any change or refund and to contact credit card. Chase Freedom card reps refused to address it at all referring me back to "merchant." This is a perfect scam with nobody responsible and everyone pointing fingers at everyone else. Im out 50$+ for spoiled food. Do NOT oder through UberEats and perhabs dont bother irdering from here at all. Buyer beware using Uber Eats as you'll have no recourse if anything goes wrong.

Very disappointed!1)The rice sushi was so overcooked to the point that it was too sticky. With the avocado, cream cheese and soggy shrimp tempura AND the sticky rice, the texture and the taste was not correct.2) The amount of boba in the milk tea is not enough. Boba is all stuck together. However, just the MILK TEA is good.

I asked Yami Suchi if they sold bubble tea and they said yes. I ordered one green and one black tea and they brought them out with milk in them. The tea label even said “green milk tea.” I told them I didn’t want nor ask for milk, but they claimed it was imitation cream. After the first sip, I could tell the drink had milk in it and I told them I was allergic and tried to give them back. They refused to take the teas back and continued to claim it was imitation cream - whatever that means. I tried to make the best of it and have a few more sips but couldn’t finish it. My daughter couldn’t finish her’s either. We’re both lactose intolerant. I wasted $11 AND I feel sick because I’m ALLERGIC like I said. It is absolutely horrible to order something and get something completely different. They did not have to put any cream in the drinks in the first place. They should have just done the drinks over, or refunded my money. Absolutely horrible.

I have been ordering from yami sushi since 2018. Personally, it is my favorite place in my area to order from. My order is always right, the prices are reasonable, and when the inside was open the staff was very kind when waiting our tables. I miss the Snapple on the drink menu, but the choya umeshu has been an amazing replacement. I will continue to support them as they have been my go to take out from college till now!

Really overpriced for the quality of sushi. Dragon roll says it’s topped with salmon but it was not raw salmon like one would think. It’s shredded-like canned and there was less than a tablespoon all together that was topped on my roll which had 8 pieces. Plus their ginger is the cheap pink kind.They skimp on quality ingredients and it shows.

Pretty disappointed by the sushi here. Rolls were small, not well rolled, and not particularly flavorful. The miso soup was bad - just unpleasant, salty water... Note to self: skip Yami and pay a little more for something way better just down the street.

I ordered from this sushi restaurant through Uber eats. Ordered their "Any 3 rolls special bundle" and the "Orange crunch roll". I have been disappointed in the past, but this was one order I would place time and time again. The sushi was delicious, presentation on point, and came with extra sides of sauce and utensils. Needless to say, I was very pleased. Will definitely order from here again, or try a dine in experience.

Ordered chicken teriyaki. Chicken was dry, sauce was super watery and terribly. I threw out the chicken after 2 bites. Sushi was also not good, but that was at least palatable. The miso soup tasted weird as well. I know they are running takeout only and short staffed from covid but this was really bad.

We really like this place. It is pickup only (no dine-in option), but the advantage is that it's easy and quick to pick up on those low key nights. There's plenty of parking and a walk up window. The sushi is fresh and tasty. We've probably ordered food from here 3 or 4 times over the last 2 years, and the sushi has been consistently good everything. Sushi is a little bit of a pain if you can't eat gluten because you have to eliminate sushi with crunchy or fried ingredients and anything with crab (it's usually imitation crab which contains wheat). This place has several options that I could eat: Bagel Roll, Red Dragon Roll, Sushi appetizer (several pieces of nigiri), Caterpillar Roll (be careful if you're sensitive because sometimes eel sauce has gluten), Spicy Tuna Roll. The cucumber salad was bigger than usual, and my bf said it was delicious. We had not been here in a while, and we were so excited to try new things that we ordered too much!
