The Shift manager turned my entire day around (Sheree) She was pleasant to my husband and I, but what stuck out to me is she was extremely pleasant to her team and problem solved with them, all in the middle of an after school rush. People like Sheree make it worth walking in ordering your food, and sitting down to enjoy. This location was also very clean.

I absolutley love this zaxbys the service is awsome the food is good the only rhis im upset with is that they discountied the fried mushrooms…. Oh well i reccomend their boneless wings and catch this one boneless meal is $8! I’d say thats better that wingstips

Terrible service! Ordered fries told them they were cold with no seasoning they tried to gaslight me and tell me they were fresh. After leaving then calling back to see if I could just get fresh fries they said I would have to come inside to get them. Stop being lazy and just do your jobs.

So this used to be my favorite Zaxbys to go to. Customer service was always great, food always tasted and looked appetizing until I went this Wednesday. I usually go in for carryout so this day I went inside. I am ServSafe certified and saw many violations but ignored them because I was in a hurry. You should not be taking orders and making orders without washing your hands in between. Waited about 15 minutes for someone to take my order and after finally getting my order, I went to my car and ate while I drove. Well I should’ve looked inside the box before eating. I have never experienced this type of service nor presentation of my food from this Zaxbys and was extremely disappointed. And my order was obviously, literally THROWN together. Used to be my favorite Zaxbys but I guess I’ll have to find another one in the DeKalb County area.
