After we ordered we had to pull forward and wait. Then I realized they left the funnel cake off. My girlfriend went in and paid for the funnel cake and when they brought the order out to the car, STILL NO FUNNEL CAKE, so she went back inside for a second time to get the desert. When we got home to eat, my bread was hard as a rock. It had obviously been sitting out all day. It was inedible. The funnel cake was undercooked and was mushy dough. Chicken tenders small salty, and hard. Ask for honey mustard received ranch. Fries were a disappointing super small half full/half empty box. Like someone ate half. I received 10 drums in my 10 wings. Which were hard. I will never go back to Zaxbys. 2nd visit to this chain restaurant. It was the same as before. I visited a location in Florida. This place is awful. I came through and had the worst experience of my life getting some tenders. After a bad review, they called me and offered free tenders to apologize. Then I went back and the manager said they had “new management” and couldn’t honor the coupon. This place is completely incompetent and
