DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! Waited 30 mins for our food when there was only 2 other people in the restaurant, only to get our food and find A HAIRBALL IN ONE OF THE SANDWICHES. Before we received our order, the woman in front of us took her sandwich back to the counter because she had found hair in hers. All of the tables were sticky and had trash, staff was rude, and your food will come with some hairballs and strands of hair!!!!! AVOID!!!!

I'm from California and we have so many banh mi shops to choose from. This place definitely is the best in the area. I ordered the classic and the kbbq beef banh mi. They were very tasty and surprising as I am spoiled in Cali. My only complaint would be with the kbbq banh mi. I wish they used kimchi instead of the typical veggies on the banh mi.

The service here is regularly bad but especially my visit today.The cashier, Hien H Nguyen, asked if I wanted the veggies on the side for my sandwiches but I did not completely catch what he was saying. He repeated the question and sounded annoyed. I have never been asked this the couple of times I have been here. I said that inside the sandwich is fine. He told me in advance that the wait time may be 10-15 minutes which I agreed to. I patiently waited 30+ minutes because they looked busy, progressively wanting to follow up on my order. Even if I did attempt to grab their attention, half of them are wearing airpods and minding their own business in front of their customers.Eventually, I stood closer to the register to make it known that I am waiting on my order soon. The employee finally acknowledged me and asked for my order number. He goes over to where the completed orders are kept and finds mine. I got upset because he made me wait a total of 40 minutes for my order because he never called my number nor made the attempt to wave me down when I was literally sitting at the round table closest to the register. And I truly believe it was out of retaliation for two reasons: I did not understand his question about the vegetables and he witnessed that I skipped the tip option (due to my interactions during my previous visits) when processing my payment.At the very least, the sandwiches are good.

Need to work on their customer service skills. The guy who took my order was kinda rude not polite and was eating while taking my order and also another black male came in the store to order felt the same way also like rudeness when polite asking the guy what they have and the guy at the register was just pointing and a rude way. Need better customer service to run the store

Someone told me this is her favorite bahn mi place in Atlanta so thought to try. It's good.. we got the classic and Korean BBQ beef. Restaurant space is small.. there are 3 or 4 two seater tables and a bar table by the window. Tables were dirty when we went and dirty napkins at the pick up area. If you go don't dine in.

Sandwiches are delicious. I got the KBBQ Bulgolgi banh mi, and it was packed with veggies and a homemade pate and egg-whipped butter that is to die for. Each sandwich is about $7-8 without tip, and I would splurge occasionally to obtain a "fusion dish" between different cultures of this sandwich. There are other shops, though, that make a traditional banh mi better and are just as flavorful for a third of the price here. Service was subpar. The guy who took my order November 22 around 10:30 am seemed less than enthused to take my order. He also kept asking me if I was done ordering after each item I ordered. When I asked for the salted iced coffee, he coldly replied that there wasn't any. My cousin and I sat down while our sandwiches were being made and ate at the venue. It is a small sandwich shop with enough chairs and tables for a few small parties to fit in. I felt very unwelcomed and slightly unnerved as both of the employees loomed by our table and watched us eat. This unfortunately makes me reduce the quality of this review down a star. If I were to visit this establishment again, I would prefer to go to the Duluth one and see how service is there.

One of the best Banh Mi I had in GA! The prices are very affordable and they put generous portions of meat and veggies in the sandwich. The iced coffee with milk was tasty as well :)
