Food was okay, and for $96 with an added gratuity that wasn't mentioned, I could've gotten a better dinner. Mind you we were a party of 3, and they added a 20% tip. I don't mind tipping, but I do tip based on service. Food lacked seasoning, service was okay. There was a man standing in the middle of the restaurant that I could see constantly staring at us. Wont be coming here again. You can find much better food, service, and quality for a fraction of the price on Buford Hwy.

No-frills, longtime Buford Highway staple that serves Cantonese style Chinese food. I always get their black bean clams which are really flavorful and umami. Also, the stirfried peashoots and Chinese water spinach with garlic are both really good. Other good dishes include the lotus root stir fry with wood ear mushrooms, garlic chicken, and eggplant + salted fish claypot (my absolute favorite... so so delicious and umami, delicious when mixed with rice). Some of the best Cantonese food in Atlanta by far.

Reminds me of Honto's that was the very best! I love the salt and pepper squid, the eggplant hot pot and it's always filled with Asians which says a lot about how authentic it is. Last time I went one of my friends who doesn't love Asian food had the beef filet with veggies and it was absolutely wonderful. This makes me hungry for some Bo Bo.

Need a quick lunch, little waiting and an attentive owner? Fills up by 12:30 - which tells you something on a Thursday. On Buford Highway and shopping center has the much valued stop light for easy in and out access. It is one of lunch places along the highway of some of the best diverse menus in Atlanta.

I work in the Chamblee-Tucker area and was craving Chinese food during my lunch break today and decided to give Bo Bo's a try and wow I am so freaking glad I did!!! The Atmosphere: larger restaurant that's dimly lit and decked out in traditional Chinese restaurant decor, complete with receipt tickets with Mandarin scribbles, plastered to the front "kiosk" area. The Service: Fast and to the point. Just how I like it. The food: DELICIOUS. I ordered the Crab Rangoon and Mongolian Beef with white rice. The Crab Rangoon here is HEAVENLY. The savory-but-not-too-sweet filling is elevated by generous amount of REAL CRAB MEAT. The fried dough isn't overly fried to oblivion and the subtle hint of sesame oil is superb. (I've had crab Rangoon be so crispy, the pointed ends cut my mouth) HIGHLY recommend! The Mongolian Beef was pretty solid. Not the best I've ever had but certainly not the worst. The beef was plentiful and oh so tender. The sauce was a little sweet for my liking and the veggies were somewhat undercooked but that's just a personal preference.. I am not a fan of veggies with a "snap." If you're ever in the area, TRY THIS PLACE OUT, IT WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!

Great lunch menu - and lots of patrons. Excellent hot-sour soup. Stir fried vegetables I'm Cantonese dishes are tasty and crisp, meat is really tender, generous portions. It's also great to look at the live seafood. You'll like it!

Went here for a late night dinner and was somewhat disappointed. What felt like authentic Asian Cuisine was jaded with food that lacked seasoning and flavors from Asia.We ordered everything fried rice and the only flavor in the rice was the raisins…! And who puts raisin in fried rice?!! The fried dumplings were okay nothing to brag about and the beef lo mien was average.I can’t say I would recommend this place whole experience was uneventful and all I remember was the food disappointing me.

Still five stars in my book. Bo Bo Garden has been a staple in my life for well over 10 years. I no longer live in ATL, but every time I'm there, Bo Bo Garden sees me. The Hong Kong Lobster STILL reigns supreme, but also give the Salt and Pepper Shrimp (shell on) a try-- they are divine!

The foods are very good! especially the fried bun and salted egg lobster dish! Very big portions! Better to share!! Most of the staff are not very good at english, but they understand you very well!
