At this point, corporate shouldconsider closing this location based on the fact the real estate is worth more than the BATH they have to be taken on their P/L. The service couldn't be any worse. It is consistently bad, and as a person that grew up on the "Bo" in the Carolinas...this is a not a good store for the franchise.

Despite ordering online in advance, had to wait another 15! minutes until the order was ready.Chicken in the sandwich was dry. In the cajun biscuit it was super dry and the flavor was no good. Seems odd in fact how much worse the chicken biscuit was compared to the sandwich.The 3pc leg and thighs was good.

This late afternoon, Wednesday, February 21st, at approx 5:45 pm.(This is for corporate, so they'll know) see next.Yes ! I keep calling to find out the name of the young man (and who identifies himself) as the manager.First class ! Greeting is enthusiastic, articulate, and energetic. Unfortunately I (74 y/o) can't remember his name. Oh well.But, what a fresh, public-facing, representation of Bojangles.He is "selling" BoJangles corporate, and he's selling chicken.When I pulled up to the drive-in window, not only was he as I experienced him at the outside menu, but his interactions again with me, and with the staff inside, were affirming an motivational.Tragically, like in "Undercover Boss," the "suits" need to get out to "discover" the talents within their staff.BoJangles "corporate" should take a serious look at this young man.The example teaches. He would make an excellent corporate trainer on how important the role of "order taker" and "cashier" is in representing the public-facing images of BoJangles.Bojangles, please don't wait 5 years for you to do "Undercover Boss" and discover his talents that are immediately in front of your face right now.Regional Manager, I am assumin g some part of your responsibilities is being a "talent scout" for corporate.Where are you ?

I recently visited Bojangles on 11/29/2023 at 2:30 pm, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. After placing my order, I was asked to wait in a parking spot for my food. However, I ended up waiting for a staggering 35 minutes without any sign of my order. When I decided to drive back around, the staff informed me that they had actually forgotten about my order altogether. This level of service was highly unacceptable. It's frustrating to have waited for such a long time, only to be met with forgetfulness. While the quality of the food was decent, except for my fries which were cold…….the wait time and the lack of attention to customer orders left a lot to be desired. I hope Bojangles can improve their organizational processes and ensure that all customers receive their orders promptly. It's important for a restaurant to value their customers' time and provide efficient service. Sadly, my experience fell short of these expectations.

? I don't recommend it, it has a lot of bad comments and they're right ❌❌ NASTY NASTY NASTY ?? NASTY ? My family and I have tried to buy twice and both times we have not achieved anything, because the black woman with the gum in her mouth was not understood at all. They should change personnel and train them well that chewing gum while attending is not pleasant.
