OK, this is pretty funny and I fell for it. I placed an order at the drive thru. I got to the window and paid for my food. The person at the window then asked me to BACK UP to the rock wall behind me. Not to pull up but to back up. I did it. I was totally confused. So this employee took the time to stick his head out the window to motion me to the exact spot he wanted me to stop at. Within a few seconds he held my bag out the window and motioned for me to pull back to the window. I asked him why he told me to back up. He said nothing. I guess I was pranked and I fell for it. Maybe they keep a running tab of people stupid enough to back up when asked.

We sat at the speaker 5 minutes before being acknowledged and placing our order. After we placed our order, we sat behind a car that was at the window for about 10 minutes, and then waited for our food at the window for about 5 minutes. She did not give us our change OR a receipt. Also, all we ordered was 2 8 piece mozzarella sticks, a fry, and a cheeseburger. There were 2 workers smoking outside and as far as I could tell there was only one girl inside working. Props to her, she was doing her job to her best ability on her own, even though she didn't give us our change or a receipt (we weren't about to wait EVEN longer to get it)

People at the window act like they don't hear you talking to them and they will give you any drink without asking what you want.

Went into BK today on my 30 minute lunch break. I drive a truck so, I could not go through the drive thru. It took em 22 mins to serve me up a whopper combo. The employees all move exceptionally slow, except for the one slim female who works the window. She seemed to be the only one with some pep in her step. Still had to 1-star though. TWENTY-TWO minutes for a Whopper Combo? My break was pretty much over by the time I got back to my truck. I had literally 6 mins left Nonetheless, I still got to eat my wonderful cold Whopper with cheese. The fries were hot though.

Was in drive thru. When I pulled up the worker said 'no orders'. He was rude, didn't apologize or anything. I asked why. He just said 'no cook'. They should just close this location. Horrible.

I just left drive thru behind another driver being told his order couldn't be took because there was no workers to cook the food. 1. He was out front smoking and wasn't even in the building. I saw him when I pulled off 2. Two females were getting out of a truck with smoke rolling out of it as I was pulling up and going inside the back door. 3. What kind of business is this that all the employees just outside smoking (whatever) and can't serve customer?? terrible.

This place really does not do a good job and frankly anything. Service? Terrible. Speed? Better hope you're not in a hurry. Accuracy? Might as well order random stuff online, as you will have an equal percentage of getting what you wanted than if you actually ordered what you wanted. Would leave 0 stars if it were possible.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Rude staff. I asked if I could order a milkshake and the guy just told me "no". No explanation. Horrible service. Avoid here at all cost. There is reason so many people are negatively reviewing!! Avoid!!

After a somewhat good run of several months when a white female and black female traded days at the drive thru window, the previously typical inconsistent service at this location has returned. They have been replaced, probably because they got tired of working their asses off, yet being frustrated by never having enough people willing to show up for work. Today, I pulled into the drive thru at 6:16 am and I sit at the intercom for a couple minutes. Nothing. I drive around to the window. I wait at least four minutes. It's now 6:24. They are supposed to be open at 6. Finally the young male manager sees me and just shakes his head. When he sees I'm not just driving off, he is forced to come over to explain that, "My grease isn't ready yet. I can't make anything.". This happens all the time at Chik Fil-a, right? I start to drive off and I hear him say, "Come back in fifteen or twenty minutes.". Oh, okay. If you are looking for a fast food restaurant you can count on to be open when they say they are going to be open, this is not the one for you.

Despite the low ratings here so far, I had a good experience here recently. I pass by this location all the time and never tried it, but my fiancé wanted Burger King yesterday, so I ended up here. The workers were friendly and patient; I didn't feel rushed ordering (even though I knew what my fiancé wanted ahead of time). I didn't hear any yelling or screaming at customers or other employees through the drive-thru window, which was nice, and all the employees were wearing masks. There was a brief wait, but nothing out of the ordinary, and it was pretty calm even at dinner time on a week night. The food came out hot and fresh. My fiance's burger and fries were good and seasoned well he said. I tried some of each - everything was indeed good. No complaints. I like that I was able to use my American Express gift card I got for Christmas here. It didn't work at Kroger earlier for some reason, but it worked here, so I was thankful for that. I would definitely come back to this location over the Indian Trail-Lilburn one next time. That location has improved I'll admit, but I liked the calm energy of this one a lot more.
