Maybe I went at the wrong time since it was empty on a Friday afternoon, but most of the bakery options were out of stock, service was okay, and the tea was also just meh - the boba was overcooked and I kept having to take out lemon seeds. The space was very nice though.

Not sure what's up with this location but they have undergone another revamping/ownership. Fortunately, quality to food hasn't changed but offerings have. Ordering now is done mainly from two kiosks located immediately behind the entry door. Most items have an artistic rendering displayed on screen so you have some idea of what you're purchasing. Food options consist of finger foods, light sandwiches, pastries and of course teas. I pretty much come for the bubble teas prior to shopping. Also, they is plenty of indoor seating available. Parking appears limited in the front but there is room in the rear for overflow. Pricing is pretty standard for similar establishments.

This place is very clean & spacious! The tea is great & there's non-dairy creamer. When you come in there's a kiosk at the front where you order & get your ticket number. You can choose where to sit down while you wait for your order to be called. There's music playing- a little on the loud side IMO but there's a more closed off study room you can go into. My friend bought the boba hot pot they boast on their social media pages & it looked amazing! I got the Fermented Jasmine Milk Tea & fell in love with it immediately. It has fermented osthmanthus rice in it so if you don't like bits in your drink you can avoid it but the flavor was delicious! Also got Panko Shrimp & fries- it was pretty average hot snack food. A lot of fries for your buck though!

I loooveee the menu here! They have drinks and unique flavor concepts other places don’t offer. Plus the interior design of the shop is well done so its a 5/5 experience overall with good menu and atmosphere!!
Amazing customer service and delicious boba with the perfect chew. My husband and I moved here from the Bay area two years ago and have not been impressed with the boba scene here until today! I can't wait to try the ice cream hotpot next time!
