THIS IS THE WORSE BREAK UP I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!I was holding onto hope that you’re only temporarily closed but alas you are PERMANENTLY closed AND replaced by a whole new restaurant chain…*ugly cries*I always come here with my hubby and he always gets the curry pot, and I always get beef or thai tom yum. I choke on the noodles sometime because of my braces (don’t judge), but I’m happy even when I’m choking because I love their food. Sad to see it go, I’ll really miss it. Service is great, atmosphere is great, everything’s great.

My heart is TORN by seeing “temporarily closed” for this amazing restaurant! My family and I have been coming here at least TWICE a month since November 2021! They’ve watched my baby grow up. EVERYTHING about Hi Pot Doraville is excellent—especially the food and people; I hope you all are able to reopen soon. I wish my family could’ve had one last meal with you all; so heartbroken. ❤️ Vegetarian options: Veggie soups and ramen available!

Their food (hotpot; never had other things) is amazing. We usually get beef or lamb, but if we’re really hungry, we get the Sichuan. Substituting glass noodles with ramen noodles is also great. Service is great and the robot is fun. Atmosphere is a little odd in that the food keeps changing in color bc of the ceiling, but nothing too bothersome.

Me and my brother went on a Saturday night, he had Curry Hot Pot, and I had Cheese Hot Pot. The flavors were delicious, the broth was full, the ingredients were very fresh. The serving size was more than enough for leftovers. The bowl was hot! And the atmosphere was loaded with visuals like red booths, a projector that was person-responsive on the ceiling, an AI robot that brought out our rice, utensils that were made of black ceramic, and a bar that was custom, made of dark oak, and finished with a thick sealant. We also enjoyed the boba tea sans boba.Been here twice! Worth the price!

Food is good but service is TERRIBLE. They charge an automatic 20% tip so they don't care about you at all. Want more water? Want them to put your fire out? Want more napkins? Ready to pay the bill? Good luck. You basically have to hunt down the waiters because they will never come to you after they give you your food. In fact some of your food comes out on a robot, so you might literally never see a single useful human worker.

Food is okay, but the service is atrocious. We walked in a little after 7pm, and there’s no one at the door to greet or guide us. Looking around, there is a a long line of people waiting to be seated, with one server running around taking orders.After a few minutes, the useless girl at the counter making drinks while on the phone mumbles towards us that there are no tables available. Almost immediately, the server running around finds 4 tables to seat the 3 parties ahead of us and then us. No idea how the girl has a job.After placing our order, we were told it would be 15 minutes. In reality, it was 35-40 minutes. Meanwhile, the girl making drinks looks lost as she delivers the wrong drinks to multiple tables. Despite getting our food, we weren’t even given proper utensils, napkins, or sauces. So the meal was quite sour by this point.Would consider giving the food a second try but the staff needs an overhaul before I go for dine in again.

This place is better than I thought! Broth is amazing and can’t wait to come back and try the other flavors. The portion is perfect! And service is great as well. I like my soup hot continuously, so the fire underneath the pot was perfect. It did burn out twice on me but the server helped relight it right away. Atmosphere is pretty cute as well, with changing pictures on the screen above your head.

I'd say it was good overall in terms of food and service and everything. But I guess hot pot itself might not be my kind of thing as I didn't think the spicy Sichuan hotpot was that tasty.I was also hoping to get the hot pot experience with friends with a pot in the table, but beware that here the hot pot plates were individual little gas plates brought to the table.It was also a bit slow to get the food, like 15 mins after ordering. I really like the desserts though.

We enjoyed the hi pot restaurant. All ramen was brought by an Ai robot. You can get boba. I got the taro boba tea along with ramen. The ramen was placed in this heating capsule for great warmth.
We went with Taiwanese friends and they verified that the food presentation and taste are authentic Taiwanese. About $20 per order with a host of ingredients in it. I like dish very much. The only compliant I have was that the portion was not enough for a big eater.Atmosphere: has a huge screen on the ceiling, but it was just showing regular graphics rather than starry constellation or something like that.Has good number of tables, but few diners when we visited.

Located in a shopping center so there's plenty of parking, and it's not too crowded or busy, I'd suggest to come here for a date night. The ambiance is lovely and there's a fun projector screen in the ceiling. Food is phenomenal here. Broth is super important and It was so delicious ! You get tons of things to go along side your soup and are pretty full after your meal. I really loved this place and can't wait to go back.

A fun, casual taiwanese hotpot place in doraville! I visited on a Sunday evening as part of a group of 3, and we had a great time. The restaurant is spacious with nice decor, and service was fast for us. They also have a cute little robot that comes to bring you your drinks! We tried their spicy beef, spicy cumin lamb, cheese milk hot pot, curry hot pot, and shoyu ramen. We thought everything was pretty good, especially the spicy beef and lamb. The ramen broth wasn't very flavorful, but it didn't bother us since we were there mostly for the hotpot. Speaking of which, the hotpot was tasty and well portioned, and it was nice that you could choose the spice level. This is a great place to have a meal with friends!

So my SO and I were debating between ramen and hotpot and all of a sudden we drove by Hi Pot which serves both ramen and hotpot! The hotpot was the star and the ramen was pretty mediocre. As a vegetarian, sometimes hotpot options are pretty dicey. However, the veggie broth hotpot was delicious both sour and spicy! They're really open to customizations so feel free to omit/add what you like! The individual hotpot bowl is probably enough to share between two. Excited to go back and try some of the other broths. Love the shifting lights and screens with the moving graphics. There is a little robot server who will come and bring your food, pretty cool! Excellent option in Doraville, will definitely be back!
