Hosted a party at Karaoke Melody. We had a very good time. The equipment was very good and well setup. The selection of music was very good. It is not obvious but food and drink orders need to be taken at the bar. A table sign or menu in the room would be nice to have so grab one for your room. They did bring to food to our room. We had reserved a bigger room but all they had available at the time was a 30 person room. We had about maybe 22-24 people and we were not all able to sit. Also I had hoped we could have had people pay individually at the door but was informed on arrival that one credit card pays for everyone and we would have to keep track of the number of folks to determine the final tally. You pay per person per hour which is a lot to keep track of for a large party. That aside everyone had a great time. This was my first karaoke experience and I will say all and all it was a good one.

Discovered Karaoke Melody online. The spot is located on the second floor (be ready to climb stairs). The private rooms are huge and clean. Rate: $8/hr per person, minimum 3 people. 10 people or more $7 per person an hour. Food/Drinks: You have to order everything at the bar, which is pretty inconvenient; however, the prices are affordable and reasonable. Service was quick and you can quickly head back to your room. Parking: Free ample parking lot shared among adjacent businesses. Solid spot for your next karaoke outing!

The technology in the room is subpar, audio quality is bad and there might effects in the room can't be controlled. The price is very low so I think to get drunk but if you don't really care about the quality of the karaoke experience. Really nice staff.

This establishment allows their white patrons to use racial slurs. A white customer continually used the N-word while at the bar and not one employee, waiter, manager, or owner corrected him, or even attempted to do anything. Now, had me and my group of friends decided to correct this person on our own, then I’m sure we would’ve been the ones deemed in the wrong. But quite frankly, management is lucky that we did not disrupt their place of business after being made to feel uncomfortable by a white person, repeatedly using racial profanities. Next time management and ownership may not be so lucky to have a group of individuals who aren’t quick to react to someone wanting a negative response. That’s something they might want to think about the next time they give someone a pass for using racial slurs. And the one black employee (black guy with dreadlocks) that was working that night was too busy over charging on drinks and profiling other black customers, literally chasing them out of the door demanding to know if they had paid. He must be their lapdog and token black; there to confront the black customers on behalf of this racist establishment. Also there was this one younger asian guy in particular, who came off annoyed at me, and my friends for even being there, staring and rolling his eyes in the distance. Even as we walked to our cars, he’s staring at us as if we did something wrong. I would not recommend any black person or any person of color to go here.

Super fun place to sing your lungs out! Great atmosphere for large or small groups. Definitely make a reservation for busy weekends close to the holidays. Song selections are good but would definitely recommend having your list ready as you look for songs to add to the queue.
