We were onset and sent to pick up food. There were only 2 employees working. The MOD was polite and apologetic. He gave us a complimentary pop. Unfortunately, it needed more syrup. So the ?'s are all for those two that kept calm and worked the entire store alone.

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. They forgot FIVE of my items, they didn’t put any Mayo of pickles on the chicken littles and the food tasted old and stale. I rarely ever write reviews of places and I NEVER write bad reviews, but this place was so bad I unleashed my inner Karen to write this. Do your jobs.

Ordered 8 piece original legs and thighs for pick up. Picked up, at home found it was all breasts and wings. Took back to store and was given overcooked, dark brown extra crispy legs and thighs.

99 percent of the time when I go there for drive thru service they say . Drive thru is closed, you can come inside. I don't understand why this has been going on for a couple of months. Workers are standing outside smoking. If I wanted to go inside I wouldn't have came to the drive thru.Parking: Didn't park cause they said drive thru wasn't open. Went somewhere else.

This bro blue top Eric - best customer service - team as well - ever seen from a KFC or Taco Bell. Surprised. Cheery, folksy and positive vibe. Follows up on anything needed. Intentional about cleaning dining area cause it’s more appealing to customers.Order was slightly missed and food was okay/not bad but food delivery was prompt and customer service for a fast food joint brought this experience above.

The WORST service & the manager is just as rude as the employees! I was told to pull up - they’d bring it out to me. Almost 20 minutes later, I go back to the drive thru speaker to be told he’d bring it out “when he got a chance”!!! This man wanted to argue with me saying it had been less than 10 mins!! So
Best KFC experience till now. We love KFC and Taco bell combo. The food was well made and nothing was missing. The front staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they knew what they were doing. Nice small and cozy place but the food experience was fun-taste-tic.
