The food is good, bad service, if you don't call the waiter, he doesn't come to your table and they don't accept cards as a payment method and they don't tell you when you arrive.

**English Review:**I recently had an incredible dining experience at El Veneno Marisqueria, located at 5072 Buford Hwy NE, Doraville, GA 30340. From the moment we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere was evident. The attentive waitress promptly seated us, and our excitement only grew from there. The drinks were not only huge but bursting with flavor. To our delight, they came with complimentary ceviche as appetizers. We also indulged in the shrimp empanadas, which were nothing short of superb. A word of caution – the side spice packs a punch, but it enhances the flavors in a truly unforgettable way.For our main dishes, I ordered the red snapper fried with mild spice, while my husband opted for Lobster Tail in Cream of Mushrooms with Seafood, sans octopus. The portions were generously sized, offering excellent value for the price. The real star, however, was the exquisite flavor of the food – a true culinary delight. As you can see from the photos, El Veneno Marisqueria delivers not only on quantity but, more importantly, on quality. If you haven't experienced this gem yet, you're truly missing out. I am already planning to become a regular patron. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for delivering such an amazing culinary experience.**Spanish Review:**I recently had an incredible dining experience at El Veneno Marisqueria, located at 5072 Buford Hwy NE, Doraville, GA 30340. From a while on, every time I eat there, I get sick to my stomach. Does this happen to anyone else????? Everything I order, whatever it is, is because I have tried to eat something different thinking that maybe it is a special dish, but I always get sick. I just wanted to let the public know if the same thing happened to them.Is anyone getting sick to their stomach from eating there? From a while on, every time I go to eat there, whatever I order, whatever I order, it always makes me sick, I get very thirsty at first and then I get sick to my stomach. I don't know if this is happening to anyone else? I just want to let you know.

I came last week. And it was an awful experience. They don’t turn on the heat. Even the staff were shakin because is so freakin cold. That’s why the food is cold and greasy. The owner is soooo miserly with the staff and with the clients. Don’t even think to come to this place. You will be so dissaponted and regret to spend $20-$30 on the worst seafood you can imagine

The food is delicious, especially the Green coconut. The service was not worth the tip included for the 5-person ticket. The waitress did not return unless we called her, with a bad attitude removing plates without a word first. Working in customer service I was quite upset with the lack of respect and customer service. It didn't seem fair to me to reward that lack with my money.

First, food isn't great. You can get far better food at other restaurants nearby for the same price as this place. Secondly, they charge you a 22% gratuity on your check automatically (it was just 3 of us). Thirdly, the restaurant is not kept up to date and is very dirty. The restroom walls are open and not closed off as proper restrooms should be. There's only the door so all flow of air comes out to where you are sitting down eating and you can just imagine the smell of the restrooms. Lastly, parking isn't great there's a big post sign in the middle of the road by the parking area so be careful not to hit/scratch your car.First, the food is not good.
