This is the first and last time I will ever visit this location. I ordered in the app about eight minutes ahead of my arrival.This location is NOT 24 hours even though Google says they are. I wasted time and gas traveling to this location just to get a lot of attitude from Perla (manager) stating they are closed and she did not cancel the order.Then, she slammed the window in my face! It’s the nonchalant power tripping for me. My advice is pick a different location cause this one is tragic.

Why does it say “open 24 hours” if it’s not?I came at 3 AM and there’re employees chilling/sleeping inside and not answering the drive-through. Of course, I understand you can be tired during your shift, since I have experience working for fast-food chains, but in this case, in my opinion, this is unacceptable.

I’d like to know how a 24hour McDonald randomly closes? I placed an order through the app and money was debited from my account. And as I pulled up, the short Hispanic lady cut off the lots and told me they were closed. How? I showed her the order went through and she wouldn’t even approach the window. This Friday the 23rd at 10 in the morning I just received the worst attention I have ever received in my life. We were received at the drive tru by the employee with the baddest attitude, who does not hide it either in her face or in her way of speaking. It is incredible that a food chain has workers who do not even respond with a good morning or a thank you. and instead his response is a contemptuous look and dislike towards you. I will never set foot in one of your stores again.I prefer to avoid the feeling of feeling so badly treated again.
Even though Macdonalds is a corporation and has all of the most effective tools in the entire food industry. Their employees are not very attentive to serving their customers. I wait 20 minutes for two cheeseburgers. Terrible service.

These days I went shopping and spent $15 and they charged me $59.99 and I didn't realize until two days later that I entered my account and they charged me and I went to talk to the manager and he said he couldn't do anything and the truth is that it's not fair

I stopped in to this location on my way to work and ordered a bacon, egg, cheese mcgriddle with extra bacon. Charged me 2.59 for extra bacon. They gave me a sandwich with 2 pieces of bacon that they folded in half. I didn't discover this until I made it to work. So disappointing but I will never, ever visit this restaurant again! Please check your food

This PM crew sucks. Every single time I order delivery from this place they never have the complete order. And don't bother trying to call the store because you will never get through. It goes "straight to voicemail" saying no one can take your call. If you want to lose your money, by all means, order delivery from this joke of a restaurant. And the last two times I went through the drive through, the same girl both times asked me what I ordered when I pulled up to the window. How are you gonna ask me what I ordered when you're supposed to know what I'm getting when I pull up? I'm telling you the food industry is nowhere near what it was 20 years ago. You can't get good service or good food anywhere.....especially this place.

I love to come to this location but I had a bad experience with this girl working there with pink curly hair she was so rude! I ordered some food online and it told me that I was supposed to get free medium-fries, but when I got there, the worker had told me that she could not put the free medium fries with order? But with arude tone I don't get why they hired people like this if you don't like your job just quit!!!
