Am probably not going back to any Popeyes location anytime soon .. this is my second bad experience.. the other location had bad service but this location even the food was horrible .. I never thought in my life that I would throw away fries .. those are my fav at any chain but this location served the worst fries that I couldn’t eat more than just a couple .. burger was not good as well .. l

They really don’t even deserve that star.. my mom and I were on the phone discussing what order to get and I could hear a lady in the back ground very aggressively say WE DONT HAVE NO FRIES, my mom said I thought you guys closed at 11 she said yeah so we are cleaning up now it was 10:11 so “do you want MASH POTATOES GREEN BEANS OR RED BEANS IN RICE??” I told my my mom to leave bc I’m sure the chicken would be cold my mom asked the guy at the window is the chicken old and cold he said yes.. don’t waste your time and energy… poor costumer service!!!

The worst hot wings I have ever eaten.The crispy chicken was very good in breasts and thighs, only the legs were a bit dry, like old or dehydrated chicken.3 homless people in the dining room with a very bad smell, one asked me for money.

After waiting over 10 mins in the drive thru, I received cold fries and a sloppy chicken sandwich with more mayo than meat. I took the sandwich back and asked that it be made fresh and the black guy in front with the mustache threw the bag away, got another sandwich, SMUSHED IT and put some more cold fries in the bag… He thought I didn’t see.. Sad.

Drive-through experience with the rude American lady:“Back to Popeyes” (disinterested tone)“I’ll have a spicy chicken sandwich”“You want a combo?” (disinterested tone)“No”… wait 20 seconds without any instructions…“Hello?? What can I get you at Popeyes?” (Rude tone)“Yeah, a spicy chicken sandwich” (confused)“You want fries and drink with that?”“No”“Pull up” (short, rude tone)I then pull up and make eye contact with the young man at the window. I wait to hear the total. He has to go get someone else. A Hispanic lady comes over:“3 piece?”“No, spicy chicken sandwich”I pay and leave. Sandwich was good though.
I placed a mobile order, which I thought would be faster. I went through the drive thru, and when I say it was SLOOOOOOOWWWWWW. I sat at the speaker almost 5 minutes before the young man even acknowledged me. The wait for food after my mobile order was worse. I sat in the drive thru almost 20 minutes with just 4 cars in front of mine. There were no manors on the speaker or at the window. The young man taking orders and money had an airpod in one ear and sat at the window on his phone after each person paid. Smh. No "Thank you" or "Have a good night" or anything that most establishments have. This was at about 9pm. I just expected better, faster service and was disappointed instead. Food was good tho.

As a native New Orleanian, I know a bit about Popeyes Chicken. This location was excellent when it first opened. Over time, the chicken supplier much have changed and not for the better. We tried the flavored wings yesterday. The chart showed three stages of hotness, so we ordered the lowest ones, honey bbq and garlic parm. Upon opening the container, sauce completely covered the inside of the top which was confusing. First we thought, ok they must have put sauce over the wings, closed the container and shook it up so the sauce would cover the wings. well. if that was the idea it didn’t work. secondly, the wings were mostly breading/crust. and finally. those wings were soooo hot, we couldn’t eat them. our throats were on fire. I can not imagine the other stages being any hotter…GEEZ!so here’s some advice. get better fresh chicken…bigger pieces please. cut back on the breading. and do us and many others a favor. add another choice besides mild and spicy…SEASONED!we find the mild are pretty much flavorless. the darn spicy are full of cayenne. SEASONED would be normal spices like salt and black pepper etcPOPEYES USED TO BE KING. IF THEY DONT GET IT TOGETHER , THEY WILL BE DE-THRONED!
