I've been a customer for years, finally came back in after a long while to be told there is "no liquid nitrogen ice cream," no info on whether or not it'll come back (was outright ignored when I asked), and when checking out the girl said "I don't know how to apply the 10% discount" sooooo, no discount. Disappointed with this visit.

I went in today for ice cream. It took maybe about 30 mins to have our ice cream made. The two young ladies were amazing, they were kind and friendly but were clearly over worked and trying to do so many things at a time. They were working as fast as possible. You need more employees especially for a Sunday afternoon.

On a two week trip to Atlanta and this was on the "to do" list. We were not disappointed! Just watching the ice cream being made is incredible, and the tastes are amazing. We have time to return!

Very slow service, how can an ice cream place expect run with just one person at cashier and preparing the ice cream?

Tasty rolled ice cream but $8 + tip is kinda expensive for the cup size. Loved the Thai tea ice cream!

Lots of selection. Really fun place. Super clean, even smells clean. Friendly service.

Went in this afternoon after we discovered 8 Fahrenheit had closed... what a let down. The ice cream was basically just cream... no flavor... the staff needs to learn basic food safety and how to wear gloves, and if you're ringing food up, you should probably change your gloves before picking your a** or grabbing my food. Regardless, we'll never go back.

The roll it up ice cream tastes like haven. I would love to eat more ice cream. As a matter of fact I am addicted to this ice cream and I can not help but eat this everyday. Thank you for making ice cream. I love the nitrogen ice cream it’s truly one of a kind!

We enjoyed our visit and the ice cream. It’s certainly different but different in a good way. They do have a lot of flavors and then combinations with add on treats

The place was easy to get to. Enough parking. People were friendly. No issues with any of it (other than since previous customers had dropped cream on the seat and I almost sat on it?).However, the ice cream itself didn't seem special to me (my first rolled ice cream), especially for how long it took to get served. It was decent - just not anything I am longing to go back for.

The ice cream is great, but the service isn't.My wife and I went in to get some ice cream and there was nowhere to sit while we waited, so we took a couple of chairs off of a stack against the wall and we're told no to unstick the chairs. I didn't feel like standing up for 20 minutes while they prepared our ice cream. Plus they were taking a long time to even get to that part. They don't really know how to treat customers properly.

My niece wanted ice cream after Pho, and when you're in the Buford Hwy Corridor, eating great food is never an issue. Neither is finding a sweet spot. This place sits in a very busy strip mall. GPS kind of turned me around some to find it. Parking can be hard to find here as well.I was not going to participate in eating but then I saw ice cream taco and had to get me some. They do the ice cream making from scratch here, making it right in front of you on subzero surfaces. I swear the two ladies making the ice cream could probably light a car or chop down a tree. You get to pick your flavor plus 3 toppings and then syrup choice. I did the taco with butter pecan ice cream, brownie bites, Reese's peanut butter cups, bananas and strawberry syrup. It is a couple minutes to wait but the chairs at the tables are comfy. Atmosphere felt like a club with the ceiling lighting.I certainly loved my taco. All the flavors mixed well too. Be prepared on cost for this type of ice cream (~$8/person). I do highly recommend.
