They keep the a.c. on high in here so its really uncomfortable for me to sit & eat here, even in the winter lol, shame. The mackeral dish is pretty good but there kimchi is NOT good. Infact they need to do better on All the side dishes, they are so much fun to eat when done right like 9292's side dishes. This place has potential but needs a touch of authenticity, alot of non- korean people work in their kitchen. My husband says the Kalbi was not great either. Get it together stone bowl, its not a good look for u right now.

Great spot to get authentic Korean food on Buford Highway. The staff was definitely overworked when I visited for lunch and took a little longer than expected to bring the check, but otherwise the service is always attentive and helpful. The food is delicious, I’ve tried the bulgogi bowl as well as the kimchi jiggae (both excellent). I love the little array of appetizers they bring out at the beginning, especially the tofu and green beans. Highly recommend!

Stone Bowl House had a great selection of authentic Korean food. The Bulgogi was flavorful and tender and came with a ton of sides. The Jap Chae was the surprising winner of the meal for me. The sweet potato noodles where sweet and had a chewy texture that I really enjoyed. Our server was polite and took good care of us. The inside is a little dated but the dividers between booths make for a more intimate meal. Overall I really enjoyed this place.

Beef Bulgogi was ground beef. Very disappointed. It was for Bulgogi Bibimbap and should not serve as a dish. For $26, it was terrible. What has happen to this place? Quality of food went downhill.

Cozy restaurant nestled in the Seoul Plaza off of Buford Hwy. We went here with a group of five for a late lunch on the weekend. The ambiance was nice and private. The service was welcoming and attentive. The menu is more extensive than we thought. We ultimately ordered variations of the dolsat bibimbap (mixed rice and vegetables served in a sizzling hot stone bowl-- different choices of protein). True to the restaurant's name, it was delicious. All the side dishes were tasty as well (side dishes are limited to 5 refills per set).Overall, it was a good place for a small group so that there was something for everyone.FYI: Parties of 5 or more will automatically have a 20% gratuity included.
Solid 4-star. Seafood pancake was very good, a bit on the doughy side. The 8 sides were great, especially the potatoes very unique. The spicy squid with veggies was a bit too sweet & saucy, was hoping for more squid. The boiled pork belly was good. The Galbi steak was tasty, but the beef was not very tender. Overall good tasty foods. Good friendly service. We did not order their stone rice bowls, which looked pretty delicious.

Casual Korean restaurant specializing in Hot Dolsat (Stone Bowl) rice bowls known as Bibimbap. This restaurant offers the best Bibimbap. Also their seafood and vegetable pancakes are quite amazing. They also have this seafood pot that's quite amazing and to be shared by at least 4 ppl. This restaurant has quite a few write ups. I've been here many times and it's never a disappointment.

Came here on a Friday afternoon for lunch. I've been here before a couple years ago and I remember loving it. It wasn't as great this time. It started off with the waitress, who seemed annoyed by my asking questions. She didn't even tell me what the Banchan were, just dropped them on the table and left. She seemed annoyed when I asked what they were a second time after she responded "sides". I got "tea", which I think was barley water, but she didn't give me a glass of plain water. The bibimbop was fine, but had like 2 bites of bulgogi. The restaurant is clean, and the other waitress did eventually check on me and bring me water. It was a weird experience after remembering it fondly and recommending it to others.
