Will never come back to this place again. Was over charged for the family fingerz meal & 2 egg rolls. Said they had a new system and had to ring up the order other ways.Almost $50 for food that should have been 30 something. Got tired of talking to the rude manager about it. Called corporate office they told me I would hear from someone that same day. A week later still nothing. Called corporate again. A little later the RUDE MANAGER called me with an attitude & smart mouth. She told me I could come & get my FEW DOLLARS. I will never patronize them again. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!’

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This Zaxbys has horrible management! Got my food wrong when I went to get it for lunch and the manager that picked up the phone told me to wait till I get off and return the food or I can come now after I told her I went on lunch instead of just excepting the fact that someone messed up and come back at a later date to fix it! Need more professional management here!
First of al they cheat you out of your meal by cutting your meat and eggs they self I ordered three extra tenders but only received one and a half they think by cutting it their selves you want know the difference same with the eggs you pay full price for

Zaxby's is good and gives you a break from the burgers. This store I enjoy coming to. I rarely go anywhere that I don't have some kind of complaints but as of now I don't have not one complaint for this store.

Please fire the devil worshiping manager. I understand it's Halloween, but not everyone celebrates this demonic holiday. The extent of the decor in the restaurant makes is discussing, you feel like you walked into Satan's living room. The service was just okay. Food is good as usual.
