I wouldn't even give the one star but do rate them I have to. We ordered two smash nugget bowls. The bowls were half filled sling in the bag sideways, the spicy chicken sandwich was lightly cooked the breading was soft and the customer service sucked per usual. I literally only go here once maybe twice a year and its always like this. Sad. The picture of the bowls were after we had mixed it around. I'm not one to write reviews but enough is enough. I'm from Florida and the experience here is just disgusting compared to the city.

Had a great experience at this Kentucky fried Chicken. We went to the drive-thru and got a four-piece chicken tender meal with a biscuit and a side which also includes a drink and it was delicious. If you are in Douglas, Georgia are in or in the mood for Good fried Chicken. Definitely recommend stopping by and checking them out. Thank you!

Ordered from the app and was told to come inside and get it. Online order said it was ready at 2 and it was not Manager made us wait in line after drive thru said that was priority. Recieved my order but only half of order was in the bag. Never ordering online again.

As with most places lately, you have the options of BAD, BADDER, or completely the WORST.Where have the days of common courtesy, cleanliness, and just an average meal gone? Not asking for the 4 seasons, just something that's Injestable by humans.I would rather you take your time and serve something edible than NASCAR RACE and pass trash through your drive up window. Just trying to be constructive.

Over the years, my family and myself have always relied on KFC for a valid dinner at the last minute, perhaps once a week or every other week. The consistency of value has always been excellent, I believe Mr. Lyon runs a proper business. I became used to seeing Kevin over the recent years who managed if flawlessly. I got an invitation via email to join the app and enjoy certain perks. There were some complications and ultimately I have yet to set up a payment plan and get sent out to work. Nonetheless, hey certain Mr. Mike was extremely helpful and insured that I find what I initially wanted to order a reasonable similar price. His likable smile insured that I was not going to wait all night on this order, it was not going to be wrong, and that I have a well and fine dinner with my mother. We absolutely did. Thank you, Mike and thank you to the lion enterprise for holding a valid standard within our community!
