Bar is great but service beyond that is terrible. They turn people away after they get a 20 person party seriously? Another reason your company is failing in Douglas Georgia. Longhorn is about to open across the road. They would never turn down people. Your company has but one choice. Step it up or close.

We sat at the bar a 20 top came in behind us and I watched the hostess turn multiple people away because management instructed him they could not sit anyone else until the party left. The restaurant was literally EMPTY this use to be a great place to go but the past few years the building and service has declined. I blame it all on management!!!
