First the place had a musty old smell with not enough lights. Waitress is impatient and wanted us to get on with our orders. Spilled the first drink she brought she had to bring another one after dipping her fingers into the drink. She went around taking our orders, I haven't ordered yet she just grabbed the menu from my hand, gave it back to me after my friend made a comment. We had to ask for silverware to eat our food with, brought them with her hands touching the forks and knives because they were not covered with a napkin. My salad was terrible, just one green, romaine lettuce with cheese on top. Chicken tender was tough. She still got a $20 tip from my friend for what, just showing up to work?Never again.

I never leave reviews, but I just had to this time. Rain was a PHENOMENAL waitress! We've never had a waitress go out of their way to learn each of our names before and that made us feel truly welcomed and valued as customers. She was very friendly and personable and was so sweet to our little girl. Also shout-out to the bartender who really did her thing on our drinks. Had us feeling all kinds of good. We also LOVED the food. EJ and Meek can THROW DOWN! I've never had a burger melt in my mouth before and my husband has NEVER found anything spicy despite being a spice fanatic. Those wings though!? They did that. We definitely will be coming back again that's for sure!

Consistent… but in the bad way. Constantly waiting an extra 20 minutes for a pickup order. Forgetting to put dips in the bag. Just drive to the Hiram one, stuff is on time and always seems to be right.

Service was avg. I attribute that to it being Elite Eight NCAA W?. I was there to root for Juju Watkins and the Lady Trojans, the 2nd game. Butt came out early.1) Service - 1st observation was the slow service. The menu and drink came in a timely manner. Butt NO silverware NOR napkins appeared until I asked for them.Butt I am okay thus far.2) Atmosphere - The multiple TVs kept me occupied. The Atmosphere was adequate. After all was there to watch NCAA W?. Not to entertained by my Server. Who was beautiful Sister btw.FYI, I was a solo guest.3) Menu - The menu was a bit confusing at first. Bc there were picture(s) of menu offerings on the front that were actually listed on the back side middle. For example, the menu detailed a double "Dawg." It was told to me to be a 2 Ckn Strip sandwich. When did Chkn become a "Dawg?"3) Food portions were much smaller than I expected. I asked my Server and was given a sufficient and reasoned answer. My observation is the "shrink flation" was the culprit. Commercial vs Actual DO NOT align. So order a 2 patty burger. It was good and messy. It fell apart in my hands. Not a bad thing bc it was worthy of every napkin smitten. The Fries were EXCELLENT. So I ordered a second; butt a double order. I did however desire some spicy ketchup. None being available. And at the helpful suggestion of my Server. I made my own. My mix was inadequate at best.I'd suggest having available a brand name or make a mix of your own. After all Buffalo Wild Wings has various sauces to choose from.Finished off the meal; now into the game I came for (USC v UCONN) with the Cheesecake. I received the chocolate. Butt had ordered the Carmel. No matter. I soldiered up and ate it. And took the Carmel "To go."Overall 3.5***. But a poor first impression. Butt, I likely be back next Friday for the NCAA W? Final Four. I may bring a guest; butt that is YTBD.Reynolds Over and Out.P.S. The above provided some time after the actual visit to and a night's rest.

Ordered 60 wings in 4 different flavors and it tasted like they cooked the wings and hour before and just tossed in sauce...Server was polite and helpful but wings were cold and old!

Came in randomly on a Tuesday. Was advised by the waitress that the wings are half price on Tuesday. Place was virtually empty. But wings came out fresh hot & crispy. Will definitely return.

Waitress was nice enough. She made sure we had drinks and checked in often. How very, the food was sub par. Greasy fried pickles, cold wings and sub par fries. The beers were cold. Wouldn't recommend..
