The worst Charley’s I’ve ever used. I was missing items from my DoorDash order. I called and they told me to send a receipt and pictures. I did immediately and never heard from the lady again. Also she answered the phone “hello”. Don’t waste your money unless going to the store and standing over them to watch them make your order.

Fresh, juicy and overall good quality food!Friendly staff and good customer service would recommend to any Philly steak lover. Management should get a light for the sign at the Arbor mall location the Restaurant is not clearly visible from across the food court.

This is my first time trying it. It’s the amazing steak sandwich. The register was enthusiastic, and food was ready soon and fresh. I strongly recommend strawberry lemonade. I want to try the next time soon.

I went here last Sunday around 2. There was a black girl working amongst all of these Asian/Chinese employees with a major attitude. My friend asked for extra ketchup and she smacked her teeth, rolled her eyes, and said "df" underneath her breath. Over ketchup that's not coming out of her $11 hourly pay! You can see her just doing unnecessary eye rolls, breathing like a dragon, messing up orders, getting impatient with customers because they weren't coming quick enough to get their stuff. Meanwhile the other employees are just laughing at her instead of 1.) Firing her which needs to be happened. If you can't interact with customers take your butt home and find something more suitable 2.) They weren't helping her and trying to instill positive reinforcement. This is America though not surprised. Young lady, you're a joke and you will be fired or quit after they are done laughing and your attitude need to make you rethink your job choices ma'am. Everyone's behavior was unacceptable. Food was basic as well. I will not be returning ever to this franchise.

I have never seen someone so artistic in making a steak and cheese sub in my life. I don't want to sound cheesy or anything, but this young man that was on the grille was very precise in putting together this masterful work of deliciousness. I guess you would have to see what I'm talking about to understand. I wish they had a tip jar because he definitely deserves it. As far as the sub, as you can already tell, it was the bomb! Everything was fresh and made go order, try them out the next time your at Aror Place. ....The food court over all, needs to be renovated. I was actually surprised of how outdated and worn out it was when I took a closer look. The seats are pretty beat up along with the architecture of the dinning facility.

I am so glad this location is back. I use to come here all the time and get their awesome cheesesteaks with cheese fries and hand made lemonade(top tier lemonade). It was stellar every time, and that is still the same today. Glad to have this spot back and keep up the great work as always
The food was fresh and it was highly affordable the lunch special will fill you up if you're looking for something small for lunch the cashier was extremely nice and pleasant they made my food perfectly and fresh I highly recommend this place over the overpriced wing restaurant in the mall

wish i could leave no stars. I went Tuesday the 31st of May at 6:29pm. The dark skin boy with the dreads stared at me in my face and said you can order at the register. I waited 5 min. He then says " oh we're closed, we close at 6:30" I asked why close so early if the mall closes at 8. So I walk away and order from somewhere else. I walk pass and see he's taking 2 other guest order after telling me that they're closed. I walk up and ask for the manager he says umm why. Then i kept asking for manager name and number he take his time and ignores me then says oh she didn't answer the phone. The first problem was he lied and said he is the manager and that he was the only Manager. Yeah y'all need new management then. I had to stand there for 10 min just for the managers phone number and name. He then says " what is that going to do ma'am" like whattt???? Yeah Corporate will definitely hear about this one.
