Ask for something and it’s even on the ticket no biscuit. 2 egg white grill muffin meals. I get chicken egg cheese biscuit & egg white. Hardly no tea or ice in drinks either. This is unbelievable. Shouldn’t have to look to check the order. Yall are disappointing

Wow what happened to your Cobb salad? It should be called a garden salad with chicken. No bleu cheese crumbles (no cheese at all), 1 cherry tomato and 1/2 an egg. Not much for $10. Big disappointment.
This chick fil A is the WORST chick fil A I have EVER been to ! There has been so many times when we get home to realize THEY forgot a fry or nuggets , or they messed up the order , ect . My husband is currently on the way back there right now because we ordered 3 kids meals and one of them had no nuggets …. We usually check before we pull off because this is a common issue with this location and he did but he didn’t think he’d have to check for every single thing that’s supposed to come with the meal , and they never give you any type of money off or something for free when THEY mess up ! The location in Dallas GA always gave out cards that have free stuff on it when they inconvenienced us but this one has never done that . It’s so disappointing .
They are too relaxed. It's not the same quality that Mr Cathy founded it on. Customer service is gone , now it's about how quick they can get you out of line.

I ordered a hash brown scramble bowl on Monday and it was a quarter of the contents of what it is in Roswell next to my work, last time I spend money at this one...much better service and correct quantity of food at the Roswell one.
