“This place is always fast and very efficient with orders. You'll place your order then boom they are calling your name. Customer service is also amazing. Nice and very respectful employees. They have drive up delivery which is always booming. The employees are also fast and very helpful to the people receiving their food. Every customer is treated with pride and respect. I will be returning and this will be a go to for even coffee! Not to mention -Breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Everyone is always smiling and polite with ordering and receiving food. Simple request are taken care of without hesitation. “I have lived in Douglasville for 20+ years and I have watched KFC on HWY go through their problems. We would drive to another town to get KFC. This is my third time going in and ordering. Everyone is busy little bees working with a smile and greet you from the back. I know they have had their ups and downs……. This group has it together in my book. The first thing I did when coming back to GA was so at Martins for a large chicken,egg,cheese,and bacon biscuit. Was not disappointed. Nearly brought a tear to my eye.
