I asked the lady for hot water and she refused lying that the machine was not working at the same place I buy smoothies but now I will never go there anymore. This is how they treat their customers. I went next door at Chick-fil-A and the lady was so polite and good and also gave me the hot water in a cup. This is why I will now prefer them over Cinnabon at Arbor place mall.

Avoid the Arbor Place Cinnabon at all costs.When I ordered the food for my family and I, the servers were trying to rush us along and kept interrupting me in the middle of my order. There was no line behind us.The food was stale and kind of tasteless and the coffee was watery and nasty tasting.Even worse was the attitude of the man and woman selling and serving the food. The man couldn't work the machine, and when the receipt didn't print out from the first order, he demanded that I pay for the second one saying that it didn't go through. Only after I paid, a second time, did my bank account tell me that the 1st order had indeed gone through and the man was incorrect, so I ended up paying over $50 for some very subpar and stale food.When I showed them the first payment had gone through, they brushed me off and said that the money would be returned the next day. It was never returned. They were adamant about this and refused to pay me my refund on the spot.I wish I had read other peoples reviews. Terrible service, roaches, stale/poor quality food, the list goes on...I will never go to this cinnabon again. I'd rather burn extra fuel in my vehicle and drive all the way to Woodstock just for the vastly more pleasant experience there. Avoid the Arbor Place Cinnabon at all costs.

This is ridiculous i found a roach in my food once and this time they gave me burnt food and i got horrible customer service i got harassed by the woman serving food there she was giving me a “(Ridiculous)” attitude like this is ridiculous i feel hurt mentally and physically she screamed at me because i told her there was something wrong with my food . I hope yall guys”(cinnabon)” can pay for my therapy because this is hurting me u will be hearing from me again .please dont go here this place is horrible as well as there food .

Lady was so rude for no reason. Like girl, I don’t even know you. That Indian lady needs to change her attitude because no one wants her stale food anyway. She also tried to give me the incorrect food I ordered and was rude when I corrected her. I named exactly what I wanted, so if the labels were wrong then that’s something they should fix. Food was stiff and hard to chew. Don’t waste your money. Food is bad and service is terrible.

Dont even waste your money on this place or any food place in the mall…the dang on cinnabon was so hard yooo as if its been reheated for seven days straight…then the Indian lady tried to serve me one all broken up and when I stated I didnt want it she slammed a STALE ONE IN THE BOX….DO NOT EAT HERE NO MORE…Called stateboard as well ☺️

Got there at 1045am and waited the 15 minutes until they were supposed to open. They did not open, so I sat and ate lunch until 1120am when I saw someone. Asked when they would open and she said in 30 minutes. That is an hour after they were due to open. Please update your hours and don't have people eating their time thinking you're going to open!!

This bakery is a dessert staple for me and my eldest sister. Anytime we need to ameliorate our sweet tooth, Cinnabon’s Classic Roll never dissatisfies us. The cinnamon rolls are often fresh from the oven and are significantly large, drenched in a fantastic amount of cream cheese icing, and warm inclined for your eating pleasure. It's hard not to rot your teeth out with these treats!I also purchased their Flavored Cold Brew in Vanilla. I am not a coffee drinker but I wanted to try the beverage out of curiousness and the premium, high-quality Arabica flavor was delicious. The coffee was surging with so much sweetness— that certainly wasn't overwhelming— I didn't have to use the sugar packets I was given. Might I add that their sugar is good as well? Oftentimes brewers offer lazy, low-grade sugar that leaves an unpleasant aftertaste in teas and other brews, but Cinnabon does not!I periodically order from their third-party outlet and the wait time is relatively long though I am assuming that is because they're baking the goods to provide as much value as possible to their customers. Across the board, they have a lot of terrific confections and if you, friends, or family want something to enjoy after dinner, try this place and I ensure you will not be disheartened.
