My fiance and I went for smoothies lastnight , they were terrible ! It was like an icee with big pieces of ice still in it . It was so thick . The girl at the register couldn’t even remember what we had while making the “smoothies” she had to ask us at least 5 times . The store was not busy at all . They were so thick and nothing but cubes of ice and flavor .

The place is extremely clean, and the lady behind the counter was very nice. The ice cream was a little expensive, but it was also extremely good. Would highly recommend going here.

This is usually my go to when I crave ice cream. However today I came in and had a bad experience. ( I’ve been coming for years).Paola M. Didn’t properly greet me when I came in. While I was waiting for her to greet me she was gossiping about a customer that was sitting inside of the establishment. When it was my turn to get my order prepared, there was a discrepancy and once we resolved it she proceeded to gossip about the discrepancy to another employee not even whispering and within that conversation gossiped about ANOTHER customer. I don’t think she understands customer service and should not be face to face with customers until she is a little more mature in that area. It’s a place of business not highschool.

Ordered an ice cream cake 4 days in advance. Made the mistake of going to pick up the order at the scheduled time on my lunch break. Took 30 minutes due to the writing not being on the cake. Was told the blue color wasn't coming out correctly after waiting 25 minutes. Did the person ask if another color could be used? No. Had to tell another staff member to tell the other employee to use another color. Don't use this cold stone location if you have a schedule to keep.

Absurdly good ice cream. Cold Stone’s process: Each flavor is churned and mixed with your choice of candy, cakes, fruits, or nuts on a frozen granite stone.Very rich and filling. The large is more than any adult should consume in one day, but delicious.We found this store’s leadership absent and the team working rudderless in a busy Saturday night. We waited for over 20 minutes for our order. It was well made and fresh, but we will definitely return at a less busy time.Additionally, the facility looked like it needed a deep cleaning front of house and back.

Terrible service when visiting the Capel Hill rd, Douglasville, Ga location on 8/5/23 at 4:30pm. Had 3 employees working but only 1 was helping the long line of customers. When asking for a manager, I was told they were self managed and no manager was there.
I paid 9 dollars for a large recesse icecream. I asked for extra recesse!! I barley got any!

Don't give 5 stars often but have no complaints.....Very busy, line at the door but moved fast and workers efficient, didn't skimp on portions. $15 for 2 waffle cones medium size. ? Totally Smashed, can you tell!!!! LolOnly thing.... I wish they had outside sitting. ?

If I could give this establishment a 0, I would, but that’s not possible, so I give them a 1. I asked for Oreos and she put in 4 brownies. Despicable. SMH. Then she proceeded to check me out like nothing was wrong. It was mid tbh. *rolls eyes causally*

The ice cream was great but the waffle cone was stale and it was paper thin. The ice cream was melting through the cone before we could get out the door to leave.
