Multiple times this location has closed early. The staff will go as far as to park an employee car in the drive thru to block anyone who would have been a customer. I had to very carefully back my car out of the narrow lane just to leave and go somewhere else.

Honestly it’s gas/fire/phenomenal whatever you wanna call it. Price wise I’d compare it to Taco Bell even tho I think it’s a little cheaper and the food quality is phenomenal and I don’t feel like shutting my life away. Had the birria taco/quesadilla/ramen it was all pretty good just wish the consomé was a little thicker but it’s fast food and I understand that and comparing it to a sit down is nonsense. Wish we had these down in Miami, also the mini churros with iced coffee slap

Del taco in douglasville ga has the BEST employees EVER. They are VERY attentive and pay VERY close attention to special orders. They have the BEST attitudes I have EVER seen. I'm gonna start tipping them in cash on the spot for their service moving forward. Signed MR LARGE.
Place was filthy on the outside. Drive thru trashcan was overflowing. Disgusting. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for my food. Did not go inside so comments are for drive through only. Food was not what I was expecting. Thrown together and not very flavorful. C'mon Del Taco you can do better than this!

Ordered the New Birria Taco combo. Completely disappointed at paying 12.60 for this combo. I feel jipped. I could have went to Monterrey and sent the same amount for Real Birria Tacos! Yall need to go back and revise this combo because it's giving lack luster compared to your TV commercials which prompted my excitement. This combo gets a 1 out of 10.

The restaurant told me they're only taking deliveries @12:05am 11/22. After a few minutes they take orders from other vehicles. This isn't the first time I've received this message too. In the past I've tried to order around 11pm and i was told only mobile orders and deliveries are being taken, then moments later people have their orders taken and served. I understand sometimes the POS or card machines go down but now I'm starting to feel things are intentional. Especially when googles says the restaurant closes at 2am.
