I stopped going to the location by house because they are always calling because they are out of something and they have to alter my order. Before I did stop going I earned ALOT of points through their rewards program. While in Douglasville I was running errands so I decided to place an order and guess what they were out of chicken at opening. They called and I said to cancel the order and return the points. They called me back saying they could put my name in the book for a redo. I declined because I’m rarely over there and this was a horrible first impression. I’m assuming the manager told the associate he would call corporate to return my points. Never Happened. It’s ok out of the few locations I go to there is always an issue. They can keep the points.

I ordered a baked potato with pork, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chives .went home and put it in the refrigerator. Get to work my husband called and said it was the worst potato he ever ate.so I'm like how can it be that bad, so I get mine heat it up and looked and seen it was mashed potatoes no sour cream no chives this is not ok to advise a picture of a baked potato in the add and you order it and get mashed potatoes.

Quite literally some of the worst barbecue I’ve ever tasted. Just save your money. Never in my life have I had brisket that taste so dry. My ribs were so hard I couldn’t even chew them. Just wasted my money.stream beans were bland and the beans were okay just not my preference.

Decided to get take out here so I chose the curbside pickup option the food came out in a timely manner so that was good. But when I get home to look at the food. Online the have a loaded baked potato pictured but when I looked at my food I had what looked like loaded mashed potatoes. I love baked potatoes so I drove bake to get my baked potatoe which is a 20 minute drive. On top of this my wife's root beer tastes like seltzer water. So when I get back to the restaurant the guy behind the counter tells me that they don't have a actual baked potato that this is what they serve for $10 and that it's the corporate people that does this. My thing is if it's not a baked potato why advertise it as one. If I know that I would of got something else besides this loaded mash mess I was given. Inside the restaurant its very dim lighting in there which is horrible and I looked behind the counter it's a filthy mess with old outdated oven equipment. Dust and grease everywhere ? just nasty. By the time I got back home my food was cold had to microwave it a few. My ribs tasted ok but they don't take the back membrane off their ribs so I comes off when you bite your ribs which I don't like plus on top of that it tastes like they use liquid smoke on the ribs?. The pulled pork and brisket was very dry and hard to chew. Food cost too much to not enjoy I'll just fire my own grill up next time now I remember why I had eating out I won't be going back there

Terrible customer service. Workers rude and with terrible service. Ordered food and they waited until I arrived 40 minutes later to tell me they didn’t have half the order available because it was out. Terrible food too.
Food is good! Place is dimly lite and areas are nasty. Dining area wasn't clean when we last went. Tables sticky. Drink and condiment station was nasty. Drinks were out of carbonation and tea has a soured taste.Would be nicer if cleaned up and dinning area

I got the 2 meat plate with the brisket and pulled pork. Everything came out tender, juicy and delicious. The fried okra was hot fresh and tasty!
The brisket simply melts in your mouth! Potato salad was delicious.
