We just used the drive-thru, so I can’t comment on the atmosphere. The most important thing, though, is that they had French cruellers — they’re hard to find these days!

They squished the donuts in a small bag, and the frozen drinks were watered down. Apparently, the manager was either training or interviewing a person, and she was extremely loud, so much that I couldn't carry a conversation with the rest of my party. Not very professional.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I stopped in to get my two coffee 1 egg bit order via drive through as I often do. This morning made a turn for the worst. I order at the drive through window and noticed my order was rung up incorrectly. I brought it to the attention; hello you have me down as a Sourdough sandwich and I would like the egg bites. She responded with she’s not at the register, she was in the bathroom so she couldn’t ring up the egg bites. Intrigued by the response I question, Im not sure that I understand what you being in the bathroom has anything with ringing up my order? She responded with she has trainees working and they don’t know how to ring up egg bites. And she was not out on the floor to help. I mentioned again, Im not understanding what’s happening. Because you’re using the bathroom Im getting charged 40 more scents due to logistically you not available to show your trainee how to ring it up? She responded with “ I don’t know what to tell you, , I can’t help you, I don’t care if you get egg bites or not. I pulled on up to the window and asked the young training again because I was in shock to what and how it was being explained to me. I said Im not sure I understood what the lady on the mic was telling me can you explain? She said I don’t know how to ring up egg bites, so she told me to ring it up as the Sourdough sandwich. I said, you know, that would mean I’d be paying .40 more scents due to not knowing. I mentioned, maybe instead of making the customer pay additional money perhaps chose something else on the menu that’s not more than the item she requested? About that time the “mic lady” interrupted and said, I don’t know what to tell you, Im not giving you anything for free! As Im holding up my credit card, I said Im not asking for anything free, I'd just like my egg bites and two coffees and not have to pay more than what they are priced. She said I don’t understand what your problem is, I was in the bathing taking a SH*T and couldn’t help you. (Im in shock at this point) pulled out my camera and asked her again. So, you are saying you couldn’t help me because you were taking a Sh*t? She says yes, and at this point I don’t care what you do, Im not serving you anymore, get out of the drive through line. I said, no, I'd like my coffees at this point. She responded you're not getting your coffees and to move on. (Sut the window) I was willing to sit until I got my coffee. She opened back up the window and said “can I help you? Or do I need to call the police? I said, feel free to call them. Can I go ahead and get your name and store ID number? She said her name was Mya and she was the Shift Supervisor. I said Mya, Im not sure why you are in the customer service industry, moreover its unfortunate you are the one you are training these new employees not setting a good example.I’ve lived in Douglasville since 1978, it's very sad how much I’ve watch this little town downgrade. God help us.RST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

We were not very impressed by this location. The staff was unaware that not everyone places their orders online and need to be greeted when walking up to the counter. The screens to order from looked very dirty.

I've been going here since 2001. I feel bad for the owners because they the pool of people they have to hire from is garbage.My hubby literally just went & grabbed my coffee. He wasn't greeted, no one n there but him! He had to ask to be assisted. Then he had to ask for the coffee to be made!He said all they were doing was walking around slow motion & talking. This is why I do the location at Walmart, same owners & they are better!

I decided to give Starbucks a break today and try Dunkin (hwy 5 location in Douglasville-across from the Starbucks). Big Mistake!!! I ordered a sandwich and a bottle of Orange juice. I asked for a cup of ice to go with my orange juice. To my surprise, I was told that the cup with Ice would cost $1.00. Keep in mind, I ordered a beverage. The cashier was very pleasant, and I can tell she kinda felt bad about the cost of Ice. Nevertheless, I asked the manger on duty if she thought the cost for a cup of ice was excessive. She quickly stated, with no empathy, their location is privately owned; therefore, the price is what it is... This was a great opportunity for her to offer me some type of concession. I was clearly spending almost $10 bucks for a sandwich and a beverage, but she had not interest in accommodating me as a customer.Furthermore, the croissant was horrible. The bread was hard and over cooked: it had black burn marks. Bottom line, lesson learned: I'll stick with Starbucks going forward. This location of Dunkin lost a potential customer, and they clearly did not care about my business or my experience at this location.

So my coffee roll was good but the coffee that I ordered was an iced coffee tasted completely water down barely any cold foam inside the coffee just felt like the coffee was a waste of money and extremely slow. the workers act confused on what went where when it came to the customers

I couldn’t tell you about receiving good service from here if my life depended on it. I have several experiences w it this location bc it’s on the way to my job for the past 3 years. It never handles crowds well at all, even when it’s slow. They’re just kids in there most of the time, who are acting like kids.They are there to joke and flirt w one another and perform the job second. They get your order wrong all the time. If it’s been this bad this long it shows the management isn’t any good either.
