Day old bread store. Prices on some stuff getting high. A load of bread can be $0.99. Snack cakes, gravy, pickles, chips, etc. Wouldn't keep the food for a week, but if you are going to use it within the next few days it helps your budget.
It was better a couple of years ago. I still visit if I'm close by. They keep the store stocked with bread and treets. I'm a Chester's Cheese Puffs in the Bags. I haven't seen them in a while, I have NOT given up YET. Three for $5.00 was a good price. I guess they go so fast you got to get them first. News Flash! I finally got the chance to stop by the day-old bakery. I really didn't see a whole lot of offerings. I picked up some honey buns and checked out. The staff was friendly and busy organizing products. I will return on a Tuesday. Maybe the selections will be larger.
