Called the day before my kid's birthday party @12pm for 6 large pizza, they told me that I could pick up at 11:30 even they don't open until 12 but they will have my order ready, set in the parking lot until almost 12 and no one was there..... very unpleasant experience, specifically having a kid's birthday party.

I came to this place twice. The first time I came they told me they were out of cheese and out of toppings. So they couldn’t make me a pizza. This is a pizza place and they were still open so I kind of didn’t believe them. The second time I came. They had a sign on the door saying family emergency will be back open tomorrow. I’m frustrated because my kids want pizza and they always having issues when I come here. Just don’t even waste your time. Little ceasers is down the street. I try to support small businesses but it’s stuff like this that turns me off about doing so.

2/5 Stars from Travis Patterson. I love the underdog. I love mom & pop restaurants and small businesses. I pass Grand Slam every week for 2 years and I wanted to try them. The sign says “it’s ready”. It not ready. It’s made to order. It was fast though. I only waited 8-9 minutes. The sign says “best pizza” and I’ve had frozen not popular brand pizza that was better. I’ve had gas station pizza that was better. The young lady was nice to me. No real social distancing guidance in the lobby. Pizza and restaurant wasn’t visually appealing.I wanted to ask for a refund when I opened it up in front of her. She went the next mile for me when she admitted that she misunderstood my request. I asked to have all the ingredients on the whole pizza but only have pineapple one the side with the other ingredients. It originally only had pineapple on one half and the other side looked very empty. She went back to add the ingredients on the pineapple side. I appreciated that.Lastly, taste: the sauce & cheese was a bit off to me. Can’t put my hand on it. I ate 2 of the cheesiest slices shown in the picture which were opposite of the burnt dry side. I wanted to finish it but I couldn’t. I believe it was very obvious before I left that I wasn’t happy, and I wouldn’t have let me leave without making a first time customers concerns heard.Brightside, if you use the Earnin app, and you swipe your bank card, you get a small cash back with the purchase. Grand Slam is omg!!! It's the Dough it's like sour dough!!! I drive from Stone Mountain Ga all the way to Douglasville just for 2 pies it's right off the exit then I jump right back home so they won't be too cold only 12 slices make it home????????❗

$5 made to order pizzas in literally 5 to 7 mins. I would much rather go to and support a mom and pop shop that gives me a pizza fresh out the oven over a big food chain that gives me a pizza that has been sitting in a warmer.

Today I ordered a Grand Slam Deluxe pizza. On the website it specified that the toppings were: pepperoni, onion, mushroom, green peppers and . However they added olives. The bell peppers were bell pepper chunks, the mushrooms didn’t look cooked properly. They literally threw the pizza together. I’m highly disappointed‼️‼️ They sent the MEDUIM pizza in a XL- LARGE pizza box which caused our pizza to look a MESS upon arrival and it was delivery.We contacted Grand Slam about this issue and they weren’t any help AT ALL!!! The employee showed no emotion and she didn’t care. It was horrible!!!!!! ?DON’T ORDER FROM GRAND SLAM AT ALL‼️‼️‼️‼️ This was by far the worst pizza. This was my first and LAST time ordering anything from Grand Slam!-Highly Disappointed Customer! ?
