Such an unpleasant experience Wow the girl at the bar prepared a pina colada for me and it didn't have any alcohol, I ordered something else called blue motocicle and it didn't have any alcohol either, I think she must earn a lot there with so little she puts into it the drinks prepared, the very ordinary waitresses did everything except have good service, they only care about sitting with some male customers and that way they will know what happens, the food orders from being ordered to arriving to you pass around 30 min even if I have so many customers in the store, well I would like to be able to give them 0 stars but the platform won't let me have all the negative comments that appear here, believe it, they are all true

Horrible service , the wait is way too long to get your food. We had our food before our child did and had to ask for it. And this isn't our first bad experience , we decided to give them one last chance and they failed.

Hooters is starting to go downhill. I went yesterday 3/13/2024 to pick up food and it wasn't hot and one of the servers was on her phone at the host stand taking about ? and telling her man to get on his knees and well you know it use to be great but guess with time things

Worst hooters EVER, we were attend by Kay, she was “nice”, but she won’t care about her customers, she won’t take the time to come and see if you need more drinks but she would have the time to be there texting on the phone. I can’t scream I need more coke or plates form here, I asked another waiter for plates cause she brought wings but no plates and she kindly say yes but I had to ask another person again cause nobody would care. Don’t come to this hooters, this is not te first time I have a very bad experience here and, all the bad comments you see here ARE TRUE.

Kay was my server, she was nice but obviously busy with larger tables on Super bowl Sunday. Mad props to the boneless wings, these are actual chucks of chicken meat and not processed chicken nuggets.This place was largely dead for such a busy day for the NFL. I did check out BWWs 2 miles away and they were packed (fwiw).The chairs I had at the table were all on the verge of collapsing, they aren't supposed to wobble like that. Just be forewarned if you weigh more than 215lbs, you might want to get a booth.Parking: There were tons of vacant parking spots.
In newnan, Got our drinks pretty quick but that is it. Server never came back to get our food order. We left.

The worst hooters to go to . The cook kept forgetting everything that we ordered and then the manager was like no discounted cause we ate all the food of course we’re hungry of course we gonna eat it all . Took them forever to bring my food out after 25 plus minutes. After everyone at my table ate all their food and I’m just now eating . So slow here never coming back again . Bad customer services .

They were very slow at being the food and when we did get our food it was wrong and then they wanted to argue with us about it. The manager had a rude attitude. I will not be coming back to this Hooters. All I wanted was some breaded wings and didn't get

Drinks WEAK, Food AWFUL, Restaurant not that CLEAN. Bathroom disgusting. Tables need to be fully wiped before seating guest and they definitely need to sweep under the tables and wipe the booths. There is more to do beside WALK around and look cute.
