Trinity is EXTREMELY unprofessional! She was using profanity in front of customers and a trainee. She was too busy worried about telling other employees what to do, rather than taking care of customers!! I gave a one star rating, however, if I could zero stars, I would. I WILL NOT be back. Love Jersey Mike's but I do not like this location at all. They are stingy with toppings. Putting the bare minimum on a sub IS NOT the Jersey Mike's way, for that I'd go get a $5 footlong at that other place... I got 8 subs and all of them look thin, all bread. I will be contacting corporate because this is not how it should be. Customer Service was ok, but these sandwiches are horrible... At this point, I'm inclined to only go to Jersey Mike's in the city because this Douglasville location ain't it. THUMBS DOWN

Last time I ever come here. I showed up at 8:36 pm and they had the doors closed early. I stood outside and knocked for over 5 minutes. When someone finally came to the door they said they closed early because they were out of bread. I said "that's fine, I'll just order a tub, that doesn't have bread." The girl said "we're closed." So I responded "cool, I'll just let corporate know or leave a review so they know you're closing early." And she responded "OK. Goodnight." It's obvious they closed the doors early because they simply wanted to leave early. Worst Jersey Mike's I've ever been to.

I've been to several locations and all has been great but this location I will never go back to. The service was bad. There was so many workers and it seemed like nobody knew what their job was. I asked for packs of pepper for my sandwich and they only gave me 1 small packet and refused to give me more. But the staff was just rude. I tell everybody not to go to the Douglasville location.

The first time I went to this Jersey Mike's. I walked out because when you pay almost twenty dollars, You expect your Sandwich to have meat on it? I called and explained why I walked out. The manager Michelle asked me to come back and made my Sandwich correctly. Went back on October the 17th 2023 and got 2 Giant sandwiches. And they called themselves Weighing it and it was not made properly. I will not be returning to this Jersey. Mike's because there's no reason for me to pay that kind of money and not receive what I paid for, $40 for 2 sandwiches. ? And for you who don't understand what I'm saying. The Sandwich had very little meat. And they were very stingy with the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.

They make a pretty good sub the store needs different staff. My fiance ordered through the app before we left the house. After a 15min drive and sitting in the car to give extra time I went in to get the food. I give the name on the order only to be told that they are still working on it. I then watch the long line dwindle down before they start making my order. After waiting about 15mins in store I was finally given my food which was wrong. When I brought the sub back I informed the lead that I had cheese which I didn't ask for no extra meat that I asked for and not a drop of honey mustard. She then proceeds to tell me that I didn't say no cheese and the extra meat is on there because it's on the receipt. She didn't even look at the sub. I just walked away and personally won't be back at this location.
