Poor customer service. I was given raw biscuits. When I sent a video to KFC showing the biscuits. The Manager (Delores) told me they were done. I told her they weren’t. She disputed me. Told me to freeze the biscuits and return them.

I came here for the buffet. The buffet is no longer available. I decided to just get a meal and eat inside anyway. There were only two people working and they were working hard. Super impressed with their professionalism and positivity.

There were only 3 employees working. Cashier/cook lady was not rude, but not pleasant. Food took a long time to cook. No chicken pot pie available. Well, they said it would take 30 minutes if i take wanted it. Water was pouring into the floor from leaking roof. Not dripping. Pouring. Food tasted fine.
Tonight I ordered 4 meals through the drive thru. All four of my drinks were placed in a cup holder and given to me. After riding home approximately 12 mins from my KFC location I started to give my family their order when we discovered an insect floating in one of the lemonades.

Its never no pot pie or famous bowl at night around 6pm to close..it's like you don't have no type of options..this kfc definitely needs helps in management..even if I'm doing an Uber eats or door dash they make you cancel the whole order if they out of 1 thing.. that's just a bad example of poor
