Everytime i go in here to purchase fruit, they have at least three packs of strawberries or blackberries that have mold growing on them. Multiple occasions, consistently for like 3 years ive been shopping here.

Every time I buy an cake or cup cake products here, it's always stale but the dates says it's not expired but the product taste otherwise. I bought cereal today that expires in 2023 but the cereal is stale!! Kroger please fix this disappointment!

Kroger to Kroger rating. Thing is, in other states this would be a 2. But here in northern Georgia, it's a 4. Room to move in some areas, but coming off as claustrophobic in most of the store. Clean. Well stocked. Check out is area is leaps and bounds above most other Kroger check outs in the area. Self check out helper was greeting, chatting and thanking everyone for coming in. Liked the personal touch.

This Kroger is just as good as all the other Krogers

Fly on the produce and in the deli, meat and seafood. Employees just letting them fly ? on the meat and don’t care. Also when you enter the store there is a horrible smell. The store is very dirty. The worst store ever.

This may be the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Hour and a half wait times. No one answering the phone. Constantly being on hold. I will never come back

Very unhappy with the service this week. I received a text message asking that I call the pharmacy and confirm I want an a script filled that my Dr had just sent over. So I called them at about 10 AM on Wednesday and was told they're running a day and a half behind on filling scripts due to the Covid vaccines. They also stated that their drive-through is closed as they do not have enough staff. He said that he would have my inhaler filled that evening. When I showed up at 6:30 PM I was told that it was not close to ready and they had no ETA. And inhaler is very important and it's something I needed ASAP and to be told they had no ETA was very frustrating. The vaccine is nothing new and we've known for months it was going to be disbursed and Kroger should've stepped up and made sure they had the correct staff number to take care of existing patients as well as administer the vaccine. It is now Friday night at 8 PM and my prescription is still not filled!!!!!! So I'm going to be going on three days with no inhaler. I will be moving all of my medications back to Walgreens which is more expensive but the customer service is way better than Kroger and they can actually fill their prescriptions on time.

This is the worst Pharmacy in the entire world. Vickie, is the most passionate and nicest tech there is, but Loni, the Caucasian or whatever her nationality is, is just Horrible! She holds people's meds. If you go and pick your prescription up at 11am, she sounds so stupid in telling you that you have to come back at 2pm, because there's people who haven't came to pick there prescriptions up. Then she started lying about me calling her a b***** I called her a witch! I had my mask on! Something they're not wearing while filling prescriptions! If you've caught Covic, in the midst of getting your prescriptions filled at Kroger's on hospital drive, more than likely they gave it to you! I've reported her to Corporate, Store Manager and now I'm about to report her to the Pharmacist Board, BBB, Consumer affairs and the Insurance commissioner. I'm going to try my best to sue!

This place is atrocious!!!! The managers here are disgusting humans with no regard for their customers! My 80 year old parents shop here everyday and know pretty much everyone. Today at around noon my parents wanted some olive oil that was on sale that was out. They asked an employee and customer service if they could get a raincheck and was told yes. The floor staff employee they spoke to took the price label and gave it to my parents to bring back to customer service to get the rain check. A different employee was there and when my parents asked for the raincheck they were told no. My parents wanted to see the price label again and was told no. They employee was rude and ignorant and called the manager The manager was a fat white guy who wears hearing aids. He became combatative with my mother and even threatened to call the cops on them and kicked them out of the store. This whole situation was Kroger's FAULT yet they treated my parents like common theives! AVOID THIS KROGER AT ALL COSTS!!! The managers are EVIL PEOPLE! Plus the store sells products that are months or even a year expired. When we once told them, they said that's why they mark the price down. HEY KROGER CORPORATE! YOUR RIDGE RD. DOUGLASVILLE MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE!!! IGNORANT EXCUSE OF A HUMAN BEING!!! LEARN TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS PROPERLY

Bizarre distribution of product selection is my main reason for not recommending. This store is conveniently located for me, but what's the point in visiting if I can't get everything (including very basic items) from my list? I have never seen so many breeds of olives in one place and so many choices for frozen pizzas and birthday cakes, yet this store doesn't stock very obvious staple items like blue recycling bags, or much variety of garbage bags at all. One tiny carton of

The store looks old and run down! The young lady that worked the deli this past Sunday obviously hates her job, she was rude never smiled and when she got done slicing my meat she slammed it down on the counter and never said a word.

The manager Mandy is very rude to customers who patronize this store. She needs a class in customer service.
