I always do grocery pick up and have the best service from this location! Today, Chris, the gentleman that loaded my groceries gave me the best customer service! His kindness and honesty will come back to him 10 fold! He makes me have hope in humankind!

Up until now, Ive never had 1 issue with this store, But Thurs 4/2/20, I in haste made a rushed mistake and received no support and someone watched me drop my purchased ebay gift card over 100.00 in my paid amount and instead of saying something or turning it in they scooped it and kept it... This Kroger location is my 2nd choice only because it's on HWY5 instead of Chapel Hill. But like it's sister location the service is always on point, the staff is always friendly and ready to help. I've even had a good conversation about music with the late night crew. Definitely some good, honest people to come in contact with.
